I have had a very bad experience with this company recently. It's very difficult to communicate with them when you need to. They are using AI to reply you on WhatsApp and Email. You have to make call back appointment through WhatsApp, but they never call you. Do waste your time and you money.

Further to my previous review and trying to deal with company. I have asked and completed their cancellation form several times now and they have today charged me again. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS

Now that I got my refund go student is making threats if I didn't pay up they would take action. I KNOW HOW TO EXPOSE GO STUDENT I have to have SOURCES I Know Bring it on and I will not STOP I HAVEN'T STARTED YET ONLY GOT MY REFUND BACK IF NEEDED I WILL GO THROUGH THE PROCESS GOING TO COURT IF NEEDED. I WON'T STOP till awareness is made that GO STUDENT ARE SCAMMERS THOSE WHO HAVEN'T GOT THEIR MONEY BACK I SUGGEST CONTACT YOUR BANK AND STOP AND GET YOUR REFUND BACK DO NT LET GO STUDENT TAKE YOU HARD EARNED CASH

My son has been with this company since August 2026,
We were promised excellent tutors in different subjects and support from our contact (Jack.)
My son has had good maths, science and English 1:1 tutors but for Geography we were unhappy with how the lessons were delivered, it was not to the standards expected at all.
They promise you to have support, my impression was that i can text or call and speak to someone but i was wrong.
This company as soon as they sign you into a contract, there is no support at all, no communication, all they are interested in is your money. I would highly discourage anyone signing up.
I have requested for cancellation and still waiting for them to get back to me.

Honestly if I could give zero star, I would. This place seemed like the nicest website with all the features to find, book and access tutors however, we decided it wasn't working for us and wanted to leave yet the company refused saying we had signed a contract (which we never did) and that we just couldn't leave. They charged out card for a lesson we never had, refused to refund it for a long time and continuously kept harassing us by calling during office hours multiple times (even after we told them not to) and constantly emailing us. Hopefully you have a better experience unlike me.

Angus is really engaging as a tutor.
He is constructive in lesson delivery and adapts teaching methods to be creative to optimise learning taking into consideration learning needs.

I would give this company a 0 star review if I could. The tutor my son was using went AWOL in the March before his GCSE's. We were then chased for payment for us to still pay even though no tutors were available to help my son after school hours. Credits were later added to our account once he had left school which are as useful as a chocolate teapot. Now are no contact and us paying the contract until the end suddenly the contract has been renewed and we are being chased for payment. They are a fraudulent enterprise and I will be seeking legal action against them.

She is very patient and calm,she takes her time explaining until you understand.

Be very careful what you sign up to! The 'sales' agent never mentioned it was a 9 month membership when discussing the tutoring requirements and I was very clear we wanted to trial it. I'm now locked into 9 months of tutoring which has already provided problematic finding a spanish tutor. So we have no tutor and 9 months of payments ahead of us. It can't be legal!

I’ve been studying with Felicia for two months. Honestly, I’ve felt comfortable; she’s someone who listens and tailors her lessons to your needs. I look forward to continuing my progress with her.

Youssef Husssein is an exceptional computer science teacher who genuinely cares about student understanding. Instead of just rushing through syntax or giving surface-level explanations, they break down complex conceptsl step-by-step until it actually clicks. Their attention to detail and willingness to answer every why and 'how make a notoriously tough subject feel approachable and engaging. I’ve learned more in this class than I thought possible.

After my first review about GoStudent on Trustpilot they wrote a response to say how sorry they were to hear about my awful experience with them..
They said to contact them to resolve the issue, which I did and again they have promised to solve the issue but have then failed to follow this up, This has happened twice on the chat line. Of course you cannot ring them because they don’t want you to.
If you have an issue with GoStudent do not expect them to sort it.
Their words are never backed up by actions.
Disappointing company!!!

Really liked the experience, great teaching platform and great service!

Jobinaa, is wonderful, she books you and help you whenever, if you want 2-3 lessons in a week because of exams you can do so and she’s great, I e learnt a lot and improved BECAUSE of her! 100percent recommend her!

Mark is amazing teacher over all we are happy with the service prompt reply.
