I never received my order....
I have contacted the customer service multiple times without a solution. They claim the package was delivered because the driver took a picture of my house number, however i was in an international travel that day and never received my package, neither did my neighbours.
Very poor delivery and customer services since they do not have processes in place to ensure proper delivery.
I'd avoid at any cost.

The worse experience
The worse experience, my package was lost and CS said they cannot do anything about it unless I provide video survillance that proves the delivery didn't happen... like wtf? A neighbor later told me they saw a package abandoned in the street but they didn't know it was for me. WHAT CARRIER LEAVES A PACKAGE UNATTENDED IN THE STREETS? ... terrible

Didn't even try to deliver package
First time Gofo delivered something to me in Leeuwarden. Complete failure. Didn't receive a call , didn't ring the doorbell, didn't try to deliver the package at ALL. We waited for this package all day basically in front of the window. Hopefully never have to encounter these guys again. Terrible service.

terrible. im missing 3 Packages in 2 weeks time. "proof of delivery photos" are not from my house/ mailbox. same number mine is red... this is brown. already called and email them after the first package got delivered somewhere else... now 2 more packages are missing. how hard can it be to read streetnames and housenumbers. they are even worse than the rest.

My tracking number was initially with my name and adress , only thing missing was the house number. I called to add it and thought everything was solved, however a week later the same tracking number was assigned to a different name and adress and delivered 163 km far from my place , the service at GOFO are not able to explain what happened despite sending the proof that I am a he one receiving all the emails and that I have an email a week earlier with my correct name. The Gofo service keeps asking me to go to the delivery adress and claim my package and they closed the case. Even worse, when I called to try to get help the agent didn’t want to close the call and kept me online for more than 20 mn just because I said that I want to put my rating after the call. I’m extremely disappointed and unhappy with this treatment.

Packages are left on the street unattended
The first package delivered dy GOFO Netherlands to 4817 Breda was lost because the courier left if at a public place where it was stolen, fortunately the vendor agreed to send a replacement, however the second package was left on the street at a different address and it was mere luck I found it on the street next to the strange house in dusk, besides I was all day at home, checking tracking updates waiting for this delivery. I will never use this service again
