I bought a yellow bracelet. The bracelet itself is fine, but it’s different from how you described it and from how it is shown in your pictures.
The quality is good, but you can’t really see that there is a name and a phone number because they are made in the same color as the bracelet.
In the pictures you showed, the writing is in a different tone, which makes the name and phone number stand out.

Clothing labels made of shiny plastic
The labels for clothing are made of shiny plastic, and not a fabric/soft material as I would have expected. This wasn’t explicitly explained nor clearly pictured on the product page. Reached out to customer service but they shrugged it off and offered a 10% for my next purchase.
