My wife and I purchased a 'Snuggler' Daybed/sofa from the Futon company a couple of years back. We recently decided to purchase an 'official' topper for our Daybed, but had struggled to find one in the right colour online.
We reached out to Futon Company to see if there was any chance of our colour coming back into stock. They responded really quickly, and couldn't have been more helpful; despite the particular colour we wanted being discontinued they searched the warehouse to check if they still had any 'old' stock. Thankfully for us they did, and it was delivered within three days.
My wife and I couldn't be happier with Futon Company; this is the third large item of furniture that we have purchased from them, and again are very very happy.
The daybed itself, is very comfy; we have used in all three modes (sofa, chez long and single bed) and find it to be excellent. It's easy to transition between each of the three set-ups, and does not require any feats of strength to achieve this.
The frame is solid and robust whilst also being aesthetically pleasing. The Futon cushion itself durable and VERY comfortable.
The addition of the topper has pushed the comfort level even further.
I would recommend their furniture to anyone.

Straightforward and we were kept informed. Delivery went as planned. Only concern is that our original futon cover faded in 2 years. Hope the same doesn't happen with this one.

The delivery person lied saying I signed for the furniture when I didn't and now it is gone.

Goods are great but were attempted delivery to completely the wrong address because you entered my postcode wrong on initial order. Ok in the end but inconvenient

The store staff were incredibly helpful and understanding throughout the whole process. Buying furniture, and I felt pressure and anxiety about choosing the right option.

I initially ordered a smaller futon, but after doing some additional research, I realised it might not be the best fit. Santiago took the time to show me different mattress options, explain the differences between them, and answer all my questions without any pressure or sales tactics.

As a result, I ended up ordering a larger futon that is much better suited to my space. Looking back, I genuinely think I would have made the wrong choice if Santiago hadn't taken the time to help me understand the options available.

Everybody I dealt with at Battersea – Asher, Joe – and Tottenham Court Road were friendly, knew the product lines really well, all super helpful and knowledgeable. I've been buying furniture etc. for an empty flat and the ratio of quality to price at Futon Co. is the best I've seen of the dozens of furniture retailers I've checked out online or in-store.
