une seule étoile car pas possible d'en mettre zero ! donc, entre hier et aujourd'hui un produit (bridge photo panasonic) a pris 50 euros de plus ( 480 euros à la place de 428 hier) !!! pratique commerciale normale ??? je vais poser la question à la repression des fraudes !

The delivery time is entirely misleading. A matter that a salesman admitted that they were well aware of, but that they could not get the IT department to fix. Absolutely hopeless. If they cannot deliver to their own shop for an item to be collected by the time indicated, why state any time on the web. Wasted time, with no apology and no offer of a refund.

Bought a Samsung ring at Fnac Beaune two years ago while traveling to a holiday destination. Unfortunately the ring developped battery issues after a year and I send the ring to Samsung. Samsung was unable to repair the ring and send me a code that was also shared with Fnac basically to get a new product or money back. This had to be organized through Fnac and Samsung let me know Fnac used this code to get the money. After reaching out several times to get this resolved the problem is now with a costumer service that can only be reached by postal mail (honestly ridiculous). It's been almost a year since I send the ring to Samsung and no solution yet. No contact from Fnac for several months. Very disappointing.
