I have sent several emails and received absolutely no response. Instead of dealing with my issue, they simply ignore me and leave me waiting. I am completely fed up with having to chase them just to get a basic reply. This is incredibly frustrating, disrespectful and completely unprofessional. One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had.

meine Mutter hat mir Eure Mens-Unterwäsche geschenkt, als ich sie zum ersten Mal brauchte. Ich komme damit supergut zurecht, weil nichts ausläuft und sie sich gut anfühlt, nicht so komisch wie extra Binden. Ausserdem ist mir wichtig, dass sie keinen Müll bedeuten.
Deswegen habe ich auch meiner Freundin davon erzählt.
