Found the site a bit difficult to navigate on mobile, but it's probably easier on a laptop or tablet. I also think the way prices are displayed is misleading eg priced at £211, but with charges end up... See more

In response to Esky’s reply, I never booked the second flight. My first flight was cancelled according to Esky because of à processing area. They told me to book a second flight which I did not do with them. They have told me in one of their emails that it could have been done automatically by the computer but that is NOT my problem. I again request reembursement!

Used this site in error , and will not be making this mistake again. My flight was cancelled by the airline 6 months before travel and they took 40% of the cost in ‘fees’ . I complained and got a standard response of ‘it’s in the T’s and C’s bla bla bla. Avoid at all costs, 0 customer service.

Absolute scammers !!!
They took half the price I paid for one way return flight which was around £800 blaming the airline company keeping money and taxes when the airline explained that they’ve refunded the almost the entire amount since I cancelled so fast.
Do not book with them, I’m sure they have more hidden fine prints that will make you pay for inexistent expenses. Booked my outbound flight directly with British Airways and they charged only £50 as ‘supplier charges’. But these scammers will rip you off if your travel plans don’t work out. Terrible experience.

Terrible experience! Extremely poor customer service. There is no apparent UK-based phone support, online support is a chatbot, and email responses take a long time. Getting help from a human is very difficult.
Esky gave inconsistent baggage information. The baggage allowance shown in the advertised flight details differed from what was documented on my ticket. The return flight advertised included a cabin bag but this was not shown on the ticket. When I queried this, the chatbot denied that a cabin bag was included.
When I tried to change my outbound flight, the charge quoted for the change was quite high.
Overall, the lack of accessible human support and inconsistent booking information made the experience extremely frustrating. I would not use eSky again.

They are selling "optional" cancellation deals that are misleading.
I checked for "Travel flexibility and option to change" extra.
So far I have not been able to get my full refound (90%) as I pay 31 euros for, because apparently they sold me regular insurance instead. And it is up to the insurance company to deal with my refound, they clame.
But i am not sick. I just have to cancel flight/ticket.
Not "travel risk free cancelations" I get 89 euros back from airline tax maybe, but lost the ticket and 400 euros.
They don't let you see the insurance details before you book, only afterwards.
Fraudulent. Stay away.

Our booking confirmation from eSky shows the correct flight date, but the confirmation issued by Volotea shows the wrong date.
I spent 30 minutes chatting to a human representative at eSky, who acknowledged that there was an issue. However, instead of resolving it, I was directed back to their website and told I could expect a response within 14 days, which is just one day before the flight.
All the booking details displayed on eSky’s website are correct, yet eSky refuses to contact Volotea directly to correct the date. This is completely unacceptable. I should not be left facing potential disruption to a trip because two companies cannot resolve an error between themselves.
The lack of urgency, ownership, and meaningful customer support has been incredibly frustrating. I expected eSky to take responsibility for the booking made through its platform and correct the issue promptly.
Update: Esky Resolved the issue

Avoid at all costs.
Website misleading and only booked by mistake as it came up as the top search item when googling wizzair. Website designed to be deceptive and mimic that of Wizz air.
Hidden price increases only displayed at last minute before checkout so can be misleading and deceptive and catch you out. I tried to cancel 10 seconds after checking out as I realised I made a mistake in my booking. Customer service was entirely unhelpful and wouldn’t let me cancel. Customer service agents didn’t have very good communication or understanding.
When it came to checking in, esky were supposed to check me in but for both my flights it got to about 2-3 hours after check in had opened and I had not been checked in. I therefore did it myself.
Overall really poor service and a borderline scam to be honest.

You shouldn't charge your service fee, when the flight is being cancelled, 76 euros for what? This is SO unfair..

Esky sum up everything wrong with so many companies nowadays. Their operations are a total scam. They are refusing to refund the full costs of flights cancelled by Loganair, claiming that service fees and online check in are not refundable under their terms and conditions. Simply wrong but you're totally unable to speak to a human and their bots just keep on asking the same stuff. I think the idea is to send you round and round the houses until you eventually give up. The bots have now given up themselves and are just refusing point blank to refund. A truly awful company, bordering on criminal. Reminds me of LATAM, similarly awful. Please, please, avoid them like the plague!

eSky are the Polish company who own Thomas Cook. I think they should really get deeply involved as to what Thomas Cook are doing.
I have Booking No 9375347339, for 19th June _Sunshine Holiday Resort in Turkey. This was a horrible experience, and still is. Hotel not as avertised. Unsuitable for me as an elderly and disabled person. The worst of all has been that my disability and age have been consistently denied. No one at this travel company did ever acknowledge that I am indeed and 100% surely disabled and that I have serious mobility issues. Nevertheless, they wanted to put me into a hotel without a lift, on a steep hill where it is impossible for a disabled person to walk, 4 miles from the beach, with a pool only 1.45 metres deep which is a big health hazard and so dangerous, no disability room offered, etc. They refuse to pay me my refund. They even rejected my Medical Letter unfit to fly.

Worst company ever .
They don’t help you with anything you just have to speak with the idiot robot again and again . Please don’t book through them you will lose your money .

They never sent me a correct PNR for my flight. They sent me a 7 digit one when the airline only takes 6 and 13 and were no use getting it sorted. Never use these guys

Advertise one price then change when you reach the payment page. Bait and switch. Illegal in many countries.

Never ever use eSky. They are scammers. Within 5 minutes of confirming my flight booking, and taking the payment, they then sent an email cancelling the flights, and informing me it could take up to 10 days to refund my money.
Then I had to rebook with another airline at double the price.

Why do you add so much extra to the price of a fligh, I thought I was booking through HiSky, but was actually booking via eSky, I was routed through and somehow thought it was all aprt of the same company. Anyway, a £55 flight, suddenly became £85. Bunch of greedy ???????.......
I'm sure I'll get the standard
"Hi, thank you for your feedback. We are currently reviewing your notification. We will get back to you. Kind regards" from either Magda or Margaret

They surreptitiously get your money, providing no service whatsoever. When you google an RyanAir name, their website comes up first and is actually labelled "RyanAir" so it looks like the actual website. I then clicked through and booked a flight quickly, and at the very last step when you are paying, the amount is suddenly higher and before my brain could go "wait a minute..." I had already paid and scanned the QR code.
Turns out, their agency fees cost as much as the flight! And also, they provide no actual service, they literally say, manage anything related to your booking through RyanAir.
It is 100% my fault for being really silly, and not reading the screen properly. But this "agency" has the following business model: make their website look like an actual airline website, then add ridiculous agency costs at the very last minute. It is a scam by any other name. Their AI agent is so used to abuse, that in every answer it caveats "the fees were made clear, and your ticket is non refundable".
Just a complete scam of a company. Bottom feeder, that adds nothing to the world. A parasite, feeding off the weak and dumb (like me). Pathetic.
