Excellent Service and Easy-to-Use Platform
I've had a great experience with EezyImport while arranging the importation of a product from China. Their platform makes what would otherwise be a complicated and intimidating customs process surprisingly straightforward, even for someone handling the paperwork independently.
The instructions are clear, the pricing is transparent, and the system walks you through each step. I particularly appreciated being able to file my Importer Security Filing (ISF), make corrections when updated shipping information became available, and receive confirmation that U.S. Customs had approved the filing and matched the bill of lading.
Their customer support (Jegors) has also been responsive and helpful throughout the process. It's reassuring to have access to knowledgeable assistance when dealing with international shipping regulations and deadlines.
I'm still completing the customs-entry process, but my experience so far has been excellent. I would highly recommend EezyImport to anyone looking for an affordable and accessible way to manage their own imports.

As a first time filer of ISF
As a first time filer of ISF, I did not know what to do. I found eezyimport online and started filing it. I called support for help and Mr. Jegor helped me with the filing. He was patient and went through all sections with me. He cleared up my confusion and also explained to me in detail every aspect of the Bill of Lading. It was a great experience and the help given to me is simply amazing. I cannot thank eezyimport and Mr. Jegor for helping me.

We're sorry to hear you were disappointed. While we handle a wide range of U.S. import shipments, there are certain specialized shipments - such as perishable cargo crossing the U.S.-Mexico border - that we do not accept due to their unique regulatory and operational requirements.
Rather than taking on a shipment we could not properly support, we chose to be transparent and let you know upfront. We understand this was frustrating, but we believe it's better to decline a shipment than to risk delays or issues by handling something outside our scope of service.
