Great service. Excellent car rental experience! The whole process was smooth and hassle-free, the car was clean and in great condition. Communication was quick and friendly, and the staff were very helpful and professional. I would definitely rent from them again and highly recommend them!

Great service. Car had some small damages when received, but it was properly documented by the helpful English speaking staff.

Overall smooth experience
Everything went smoothly and well. All the pick up and delivery steps was quite digitalized, so you handle everything via the app without seeing or talking to anyone. Just make sure that you take enough pictures and upload it them to the app before you hand the car back.
They are a bit slow to reimburse the deposit though.

Avoid the shop in Machelen
Never go to the shop in Machelen except if you want to have your vacations ruined. We had made a reservation of a big sized car several months ago and they announced the evening before the travel that they forgot to make the reservation. They had of course accepted our money....and the employers where absolutely useless and incompetent. Conclusion...we lost 5 days of vacation. If you see this shop on internet...please scroll or run
