Can't complain about my local store. Friendly and efficient staff. But I ordered off the app and my reward points were not added, wrote to customer services 3 times but no response at all. Twice now this has happened via the app. Love their pizzas but going to go elsewhere in future where my business will be appreciated

I have been on holiday in France I’ve just ordered myself a pizza from your Calais dominos store. I ordered the peppina vegan and when eating the last piece I tasted some kind of meat. From looking at the slice I noticed there was pieces of kebab or meat on the last slice. This is absolutely disgraceful as I follow a vegan diet so as you can imagine it was very shocking and upsetting. It is not acceptable that the pizza wasn’t checked before coming out for delivery. I am very disappointed in this service.
