Poor delivery service

I have ordered this product twice. The first time never arrived and was told they will replace. So, the second time, they send me new postal details for replacement only to still be waiting 6 weeks now and still no remote. Went to the chat live and they weren't helpful. All I want is this item and now they are saying I can refund. Yeah, it's cheap but the point is this......if you are sending an item to another country, get the correct consignment number and post details. I don't think I'm alone in this. I'm starting to wonder if the item was ever sent?? I will not be using your services. I cant even trust you will refund me...or will i be waiting another 6 weeks only to find out it's not been done.#frustratedbuyer#misleading#noconfidenceinyourservice

Interactive Chat Experience With Glenn

I placed a group order and needed a refund for a specific item. I connected with Glenn through live chat, and in no time, the issue was resolved, the item was refunded, and I was given the option for the funds to be returned to my card. Exceptional service.

Did an international order with them

Did an international order with them, item was shipped after 3 days of placing order, tracking number provided, the order was delivered to me in just over one week from doing order, full informed tracking up to the time it arrived on my doorstep.
The shipping cost is very very reasonable, I couldn’t be happier, highly recommended.
