Unlimited downloads not working. After about 100 photos downloaded their system for protecting automated downloads makes genius downlands and uskáče almost impossible. Spend 2 minutes to download 1 photo is not product described. Nowhere visible mentioned that.

Great site. But you really to fix the constant 503 server error code that states the site can't be reached. Fix it please!!!!! Also loads blank images occasionally. And yes my Internet has a great connection before you ask.

Needed stock photos for a small business flyer and DepositPhotos had the style I wanted, search was easy to narrow down. Downloads came through right away in high res, just remember the plan renews on its own.

As far as stock goes, it has a decent selection at reasonable prices. That is why I gave it 2 stars instead of one. However, the amount of AI slop imagery, and recent pushing of AI assistant on every page I open makes it all insufferable. I still have some credits, but if this continues as soon as I spend them I will be moving to other stock providers even if they are more expensive. No amount of low prices is good enough for me to suffer wading through slop imagery and unwanted options.
Edit to address the reply: AI assistant is being forced to me on every page. I am not dumb to need to come up with keywords, neither are other people, so stop insulting our intelligence. We came up with keywords just fine all those years back. Downgraded you to one star for being condescending and for talking in corporate BS language like I am some dimwit you can swindle.
And your remove AI in search doesn't work properly either, because it also removes legit stock.

They offer unlimited downloads at a reasonable price. However, you will run into CAPTCHAs that make the downloading process significantly more frustrating. The more images you download, the more CAPTCHAs you have to solve for each one—sometimes as many as 20. Eventually, an error appears, preventing you from downloading any further. It is not truly unlimited downloading.

I enjoy using deposit photos to find my picture needs for various things. I like that they have the feature to exclude AI content. To further help with that I wish we could filter the dates by year. I would love to search for photos prior to 2020 sometimes.

I bought photos on a subscription plan and followed all the license rules. Nevertheless, the author of several photos contacted me and filed a claim over my use of their images, and now I have to cover legal expenses. I provided the author with all the licenses I downloaded from Depositphotos, but that didn’t satisfy them and they still took the case to court. In Depositphotos’ contributor agreement it says that all issues should be resolved through Depositphotos, but in reality, who actually makes them follow this?

I also contacted the company’s support several times: first via chat and email, then directly through their support address. So it’s simply impossible that my request just got “lost.” I asked them to contact the author to clarify the situation from their side, and I described everything in detail — that I had purchased the licenses, used the images legally, and provided the licenses to the author. And do you know what they replied? Almost word for word: “Please provide the licenses to the author.” And that was IT.

I wrote again that I had already sent everything, and since then they have just been ignoring me.

So if you decide to use this service, be aware that in any conflict with authors you are effectively not protected, and in my experience Depositphotos is selling you an empty promise, without actually standing behind its obligations.

At this point, my lawyer and I are preparing a claim against Depositphotos, because I have fully and in good faith complied with all the terms of the agreements and licenses.

DepositPhotos is my go-to for stock photos. I use stock images every day in my marketing and DepositPhotos is the place I go back to over and over for them. Their range of images is excellent; their use certificates (easily downloaded) have saved me twice in disputes with platforms about using copyrighted images. The filters are very useful. I particularly appreciate the "redownload" feature because I lost my trove of stock photos when I switched computers and it gave me great peace of mind to know I could redownload the images when I needed them. I wish that the "same model" feature was better, but I appreciate that's probably down to individual artists not identifying the model rather than the platform.

Absolute Garbage. I recently purchased an unlimited plan - the plan is anything but; a lot of images on the site still say "Extra plan required" and then there's all the reCaptchas - I'm getting hit with a reCaptcha on Every. Single. Asset. I try to download, and after a while, even when I get the Captcha's right, it makes me restart. (And I'm signed in with Google and NO VPN - nothing that would trigger Captchas). Waited another 24 hours, STILL getting reCaptchas on EVERY SINGLE ASSET download. Customer service is no help at all, when you finally get through to a real live person, they parrot copy-paste answers at you so it feels like you're talking to an AI chatbot.

A GOOD RANGE OF PHOTOS BUT NOT ENOUGH FREE. THE PRICE TO PURCHASE IS USUALLY NOT TOO EXPENSIVE, BUT COULD BE CHEAPER. NOT AS GOOD FOR QUALITY AS SOME OTHERS BUT NOT AS EXPENSIVE.

I had an experience regarding the DepositPhotos auto-renew policy that left me frustrated and furious. The Chatbot had no answers, so I sent my info to the response team and heard nothing back for several hours.

The next day, I received lengthy, detailed responses from real human beings who gave me several good options and signed their names and asked me if any of those options would satisfy me.

I said, "Yes. Thank you very much for taking the time to help me accomplish what I was trying to do."

It took a whole day for them to figure out how to help me get where I was trying to go, but I do need to tell you that I did explain (in detail, in my complaint) what I needed that was different than what I had originally committed to do.

Details matter. The thing that I now see that I did right was that I gave them a clear understanding of how my needs had changed. This was all that they needed to help me get exactly what I wanted.

I was more furious that you can possibly imagine, but I went ahead and included information that I felt they deserved to know.

Terrible stock resource. It withholds and doesn't pay authors their earnings.

Belarus has no connection to rusia or military action. The sanctions against russia do not apply to Belarusians. We regret this. And it's very disappointing that there's such a biased attitude toward Belarusians.
