Our stay was great—it totally exceeded our expectations! The apartment is super comfortable, modern, and everything is brand new.
The only things I’d suggest adding are a few more pillows, some hand soap, and leaving extra key cards for getting around the complex, since you need a card for everything.

I rented an apartment in Dubai through Deluxe Holiday Homes for two months and I had an excellent experience from start to finish.
The apartment itself was fantastic—clean, comfortable, well-equipped and exactly as advertised. It had everything I needed for my stay.
What really stood out, however, was the exceptional service. The team was always responsive, including after hours and on weekends and they were incredibly attentive and helpful whenever I needed assistance. Their professionalism and commitment to customer service made my stay completely stress-free.

I was overall satisfied, except for the issue regarding the February payment, which occurred shortly after the war broke out in the region. This was not part of our agreement, and given that the outstanding amount was relatively small, I believe it could have been handled differently. However, I understand the challenges and difficulties brought about by the situation and appreciate the circumstances involved.

Repeated Payment Delays and Poor Management Experience as a Property Owner
I entered into a signed Vacation Rental Services Agreement with Deluxe Holiday Homes Rental LLC for management of my apartment in Dubai.
Unfortunately, my experience as a property owner has been disappointing. During the cooperation, I experienced repeated payment delays and outstanding unpaid amounts despite the contractual payment obligations under the Agreement.
After I submitted a termination notice due to these issues, communication became increasingly difficult, and I had to escalate the matter to the Department of Economy and Tourism (DET) in Dubai in order to seek assistance regarding enforcement of the company’s obligations.
For property owners considering cooperation with this company, I strongly recommend carefully reviewing all payment and termination clauses and considering alternative agencies with a stronger reputation for transparency, operational stability, and timely payments.
For guests considering booking properties managed by this company, I recommend carefully reviewing reviews from real Airbnb guests and being prepared for possible operational issues during the stay, including delayed responses to maintenance or бытовые issues, prolonged check-in coordination, or communication difficulties.
I hope the company improves its operational transparency, communication standards, and compliance with contractual obligations going forward.

I have a comment regarding some parts of the furniture that have been asked to change while the general appearance looks good like the carpet. I think it can be cleaned and used again.

Reliable holiday homes operator in Dubai

Payouts were always made on time and in full, and the owner portal makes it easy to track bookings, statements and financials in one place.
