Delta Car Sales Reviews 

Appear to have some good cars in stock but become very secretive and evasive when asked about basic questions such as car service history. A lot of cars down from the North, unclear if VRT is cleared. Having read the reviews, especially from the lady who had to go to the small claims court, this was a huge escape.
Also take note: NOT a SIMI registered garage.

Customer baught van off delta car sales and van broke down and I was told repair and I would be paid and that was over 12 months ago and still waiting to be paid every time I ring they say Luke off and he will ring me and pay still waiting for this to happen

I would strongly advise anyone considering buying a car from Luke from Delta Car Sales to do their research before making a purchase.

I purchased a BMW 116i from Delta Car Sales and experienced ongoing issues from early in my ownership. The vehicle suffered repeated problems including electrical/headlight faults, coolant loss, engine oil consumption and excessive smoke the car spent approximately 16 weeks off the road in total while various repairs were carried out.

One of the most concerning incidents occurred when the headlights failed while I was driving on a rural road at night, creating a serious safety concern.

Despite multiple repair attempts with coolant, headlights, engine repair the issues continued and I eventually lost confidence in the vehicle and in the after sales support and had to go elsewhere despite them having for as long as they did.

While in their care they also broke my front right grill and put black glue all over my chrome grill that just all fall off anyways.

Communication was often frustrating, with long periods waiting for updates and responses. I also incurred ongoing costs including insurance, motor tax and other expenses while the vehicle was unavailable for extended periods and a loan car was only offered to me after three months.

My experience ultimately resulted in a Small Claims Court case. While others may have had different experiences, I can only speak from my own. Based on what I went through, I would not purchase another vehicle from this dealership and would recommend that prospective buyers carefully consider all reviews before making a decision.

I have had a very good experience with the lads in delta car sales. Very pleasant and accommodating. Car failed nct on sum minor issues and lads took it straight back and fixed the issue and put it through nct again. Highly recommend.

Shocking service they kept my car for over seven weeks couldn't repair problem story after story. Parts coming from all over but not repaired. After seven weeks of frustration had to fight to get my car back. Warning do not trust them complete shambles. Lies Lies - JPL

Extremely stressful and disappointing experience

I purchased my ŠKODA karoq from Luke in this garage and on the same day I collected it, it had to be returned due to an oil pump failure. A few days later the battery failed. At that point, I gave the benefit of the doubt.
A few weeks later, I was stranded on the motorway while travelling from Wexford when the injectors failed. This put me in a risk of safety , the car broke down in the fast lane on motorway. After repairs, the same injector issues happened again a few weeks later, along with the water pump failing.
Throughout this time, the car was off the road for weeks at a time, and I was never provided with a replacement car. Communication was extremely difficult calls and messages often went unanswered, leaving me with no option but to physically go to the garage to get updates.
The car also suffered from ongoing DPF issues, despite being driven correctly for a diesel vehicle. They also liked to blame everything on the DPF no matter what went wrong in the car. The most recent problem created a serious fire hazard as I was driving a short distance and a lot of smoke was coming from the bonnet as a significant amount of diesel had leaked into the engine from ruptured pipes. I was even told they never seen anything like this before by Kevin when I had to bring it to the garage.
I contacted SIMI to try to resolve the situation, but I was informed that the garage would not be issuing a refund.
As a nurse working shift work, being left without a car caused major disruption. I had to rely on others for transport and have spent a significant amount of money dealing with issues arising from this car while still having to pay for the car , insurance & Tax .This car was bought in march and has been back at the garage atleast 9 times.
