Credit Union of New Jersey 

I tried to complete a mobile Deposit into my account by depositing a Check From The Burlington County Superior Court Jury Management Office in the amount of
$ 5.00 ( FIVE DOLLARS ) on 5/3/2026. That afternoon I received an email letting me know that the Deposit was not accepted and must call the Bank. I placed a call to the Bank on 5/4/2026 in the early am and spoke to a customer Service Representative to find out what was going on. The representative explained to me that it appeared that the Check was altered and that she would look into it but not able at that time due to they were short handed. So I figured about a couple hours and still no call from anyone. I went on Chat to try to get some help and I was given the CEO’s secretary Name an extension. I then called the # and had to leave a message. I still have not received a call back from anyone about the
$ 5.00 Deposit ( Five Dollars ). This is not the kind of service that I would have expected.

When i need help with touch Tone teller u guys always do your best for me in a timely fashion!! I can't forget the loan u gave me for daughters wedding more than more than 10 years ago

I've been a CUNJ member for years and never had a problem and if I did, I'm certain it would have been handled immediately.

Good experience overall

Over a period of 30 days I had the pleasure of interacting with two of your outstanding & dedicated employees. Monica and Autumn.
I interacted with Monica twice at the Lafayette Office. My wife and I wanted to payoff our auto loan and Monica greatly assisted in getting the payoff amount, preparing the check and got us a tracking number for the title being mailed to us.

I had the opportunity to talk with Autumn several times as she assisted me with setting up a new password and activating Zelle. She was exceptionally kind and patient with helping me with a new password as I had let the temporary password expire and had to request an additional one and with dealing with an old and very slow computer. Again my sincere thanks and gratitude for their help.

I’ve been a member for over 10 years and I’ve had my ups and downs withand downs CUNJ. But overall I can’t complain, I’m now that I make more enough money I am able to borrow money and soon a credit cards.
