The service was horrible

The service was horrible. I tried to reach them, and they pointed me to their AI support, which kept guiding me in a loop. A great example of how AI is annoying and does not solve a problem.
Once I made the payment, I did not get any notification/confirmation from them. When I wrote to them, once again, no response. I am surprised that a company like Klarna, with an excellent user experience, is partnering with them.
