I originally enquired about a particular bike, but Chris Walker Motorcycles suggested an alternative that actually suited me better, and they were able to do me a great deal on it.

Adam in sales was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. He was friendly, helpful and communicated really well throughout the whole process, which made everything straightforward and hassle-free.

The customer service was excellent, and it’s clear they genuinely care about looking after their customers.

I’d definitely recommend Chris Walker Motorcycles to anyone considering buying a new or used bike. A great experience from start to finish.

I just want to thank Chris walker and his team Adam,Richard,Dan,Mark and the workshops mechanics for their outstanding work in giving the best experience I have had . Dealing with them all I can honestly say has been a pleasure, I have dealt with many excellent companies but in all honesty these are the best . From purchasing to accessories and service your always kept in the loop and they go above and beyond to make the experience special thank you all for everything.

I recently bought a Kawasaki Eliminator ( dealt with Adam ) and even though I live well over 5 hours away we agreed a delivery time and date and they were true to their word. Adam even kept me updated - actually phoning me the day before to confirm that the courier would be travelling down early hours - and was actually with me by 7.30 a.m. The courier (Mark, I believe ) was also a really nice guy.
Fair play - can't fault their customer service. :)

What a brilliant bike retailers !! So helpful and efficient,even when buying a bike from miles away , they make the process so simple,and Adam and Chris were superb!! Highly recommend this retailer and would definitely use again , even had a small problem with the bike but they didn’t hesitate to help me get it sorted,superb !!!

Absolutely brilliant experience. All of the staff were knowledgeable and very helpful right from the off and even better in resolving a few little issues. everyone was relaxed and friendly.

Absolutely brilliant experience. Straight from my first telephone call from Chris himself which was unexpected. All the way through from sale to delivery to my first service. I have had nothing but a great experience.
Even the atmosphere in the service centre was brilliant, relaxed and friendly.

If your thinking of buying a bike, new or second hand this is definitely worth a ride to for a positive, helpful and knowledgeable team. I can’t recommend it highly enough.
