This is from the support help. When I responded to them again, they did not respond. Pretty bad review to be honest; will not buy from them again. I did it in German, so it is not that they did not understand it.

They had the Item that I needed and it was cheaper than other suppliers. Item was dispatched the next day with tracking and arrived within a few days to Ireland.
Item worked perfect and have no problems with the website or the store.

A fabulous experience with these guys, My son ordered on my behalf a New Multimedia system Pioneer AVH-240DAB and kit for my MX5 3.5 PRHT.
The package arrived 3 days earlier than expected,(even though I did not recieve until a further day due to horrendous delivery man this end !!!) from Germany to Spain.
Excellent packaging all presented and correct, as well as 2 complimentary chocolates 🍫 😋

Very poor service, item supplied and no indication that another key part was required as well. When an enquiry was made they said that they do not ship to the uk because of Brexit. Yet they sell items on eBay Uk. What is the difference then?

I ordered a car radio. They sent me the wrong adapters as it wasn't working. I sent it back just as it arrived and they kept 22 euros from my money for reasons that I don't know because nowhere said something about penalties or fees in case of return.
Untrustworthy. Never again.

Ordered a Pioneer TX-WX1220AH and it was delivered only 3 days after purchase. The price was much cheaper than here in Denmark where I live. About 940 EUR in DK, bought it for only 334,48 EUR!

I have ordered two Continental car radios a couple of months apart. Both were received within three days and came with the relevant kit. Installed inside an hour on both occasions and work splendidly. One was for a BMW 535i (e34) and the other for a Peugeot 406 Coupe. Can absolutely recommend the company.

Alot of bad reviews but the prices are good so I tried anyway. I got an e-mail confirmation of the order right away, and later in the day i got an email the package was send. It was suppose to take 3 days but i even got it a day early!

I ordered a canbus adapter, and the instructions paper was for a different type than I ordered. This caused some confusion and made me believe they had send the wrong part, but it turned out I didn't connect it properly. Everything is working great.

I ordered a car radio kit for a Ford KA and on the actual listing on eBay, there was no mention about any further adapters, as everything was included for the functionality of the radio in the car. After fitting the radio with the included adapters, it was not working. Contacted the seller and told him that it wasn't working. He sent me a message, saying that I needed to pay another 70EUR for another adapter. I decided to send the radio back to them and gave them a negative review on eBay. Immediately, the seller contacted me, offering me 10EUR to change the negative review. I didn't accept the 10EUR and told him that I wanted a working radio and that he should give me a price. At the end, I payed 130EUR for a working radio but the aerial adapter that he sent, doesn't fit the one in the car. Well... seller doesn't reply to my messages.

I ordered a kit for Honda Civic to install a 2 Din device + Sony 2din player. It didn't mention an antenna adapter would be included (some radios include the small plug adapter but Sony doesn't) but they had it included in the package! And delivery was super fast, 4 working days from Germany to Finland. That's faster than some Finnish webshops! :D

Dont shop here. They have good prices, but extreemely poor service. I ordered parts here by March 17 and got delivered April 27. I asked for a delivery date 5-6 times. At first I got no reply, but the last two times I got a false date. Finally I got an automated email that they shipped the items. They do not care about their customers. I live in Denmark, and have not experienced this bad service at any online shop since 1999 when I started buying items online. Now you expect immidiate shipping and fast replyes to your questions. I guess Caraudio24 is still living in the 90´s service wise.

For international customers I made this comment in English. (I live in the Netherlands)
After looking a while on the Internet I found a specific part for my radio on caraudio24.de. I found out that the recensions about this webshop were pretty doubtful.
Despite this I decided to make an order and pay by PayPal.
After the payment was made my webbrowser came up with a fatal error and I didn't receive a confirmation of order.
I instantly believed I got myself into trouble by ordering here.
The next day I sent caraudio an email, which was not very kind, and asked them to return my money or send my product instantly.
I mentioned the bad recensions in my email what actually seemed to help.
The next Monday I received an email from caraudio24. They said my part was sent and after two days it was delivered by DHL.
Not bad after all. I hope this company will continue improving their customer service and keep their vision straight.

The company considers itself to be Grand Zero distrubutor. None of the loudspeakers marked as "in stock" were available. After month of not responding for e-mails, not answering the phones (finally answered call from another country number) they returned the money without proposing any other solution. That sucks.

Placed an order and paid up front via Paypal.
Money was drawn however 3 weeks later I still haven't received the ordered items.
I have written several times to the company however received no reply.
Conclusion: The prices on the website are cheap, but the costumer service is miserable. Won't use them ever again...

When ordering from another country, you have to trust the sender.
Ordering was fine. Delivery was fine. Product was wrapped and sealed - no visible scratches or signs of use. Good.

Only small thing, is that DHL Express would have been preferred over DHL Europaket. But of cause, that must be of the customers cost.
