Fantastic Products, Inconvenient Checkout
The products were excellent, and the website was easy to use. However, the payment process could be much more streamlined. Having to request an invoice, log into your bank to make a transfer, and then send the payment receipt back feels unnecessarily complicated. Nowadays, customers expect to be able to pay directly and securely online, so this process seems outdated.
