My leach line wasn't keeping up so I purchased a Level 6 shock and followed the application instructions provided. My leach line cleared up and has been flowing great ever since. I just make sure to add the monthly enzymes to maintain the system.

After contacting Biosafe for help the tech started calling and texting nonstop. I told him I had a friend pass away and I would be in touch when I was done dealing with that. He continued to text then sent a text at 6 am. I informed him it was 6am and he continued to contact me throughout the day. I told him to stop and he blow up my phone. He commenced to threaten me with a law suit and turning me into the authorities for trying to hide a sewer issue that I am in contact with the DEP about.
I have pictures of all the texts and emails unfortunately I do not record my calls to get that part.

I am a homeowner who had septic issues, I used other products that did not work, and this product worked fabulously to alleviate my septic problems. The Biosafeone representative is great, answered all of my questions. The product worked very effectively but also eco friendly and safe. My kids played in the yard without any worries. I would highly recommend this product for any homeowner with septic issues, very powerful and effective, but safe and eco friendly.

my husband tried to order earlier today on his i-pad but it kicked him out of the site after he thought he entered everything. He was frustrated, of course. I set up a new account and easily got the product ordered smoothly. Not sure what the glitch was earlier for him.

There was a small misunderstanding about sales tax but it was resolved by Chris right away. I have used their product for over 20 years and have had nothing but great results. Keep up the good work.

This is our second time ordering Biosafeone. They have been so helpful. We love this product.

We were dealing with a failing 30+ year old septic system. No problems with solids, but the water was not draining out because the tank was clogged with black biomat. It’s the oils and chemical residue “regular” septic product don’t address. I used the Bio-Safe One products (all Boss, clear pack, pails) as directed and the results were stunning. The enzymes and bacteria “ate” the biomat at the bottom of the tank in a matter of weeks. Our tank is 12 feet across and it is now 4 feet deeper than it was when we started. That is one thick layer! I’m not a math master but that is some serious volume! The product support was outstanding as well! Chris was always available to address our questions and offer suggestions. The alternative was a system replacement at $60k+ and construction/disruption time. If you have septic problems, this is an excellent solution.
