Worst experience with this company. I ordered a mattress with a delivery date of July 1st. After July 1st, I received no delivery or even any information from this company. I sent several inquiries, and finally, after 10 days, I received information that DHL had slightly damaged the shipment and had to repack it, and it was on its way. That was July 10th. Today, July 14th, I still haven't received the mattress and haven't received any information from this company. I do not recommend them to anyone. Very poor customer service.
Everything your company wrote to me since July 01 turned out to be a lie. I am in contact with your "customer service". You wrote 2 weeks ago, that the package had been in Poland since June 27th. Now, on 14. July it turns out it hadn't even left Germany yet! Only today has been dispatched from Geramny! How can you treat customers like this?! Lies and deception. I've never encountered this kind of treatment before.

1. The mattress is comfortable as I expected, in between soft and hard.
2. The placement of order was very easy.
3. The delivery was in order. I could make changes to the time of delivery to suit our convenience.

Still NO REFUND. Broken promises and terrible customer service!
I am updating my review because my issue is still not resolved and my money is being withheld.
I purchased and paid for a mattress on May 17th. Bett1 failed to deliver it twice (on May 21st and May 27th) because they did not provide my complete address to DHL. On May 29th, I officially requested the cancellation of my order and a full refund.
Customer service told me I had to wait for the warehouse to process the return, even though DHL tracking proves the mattress was delivered back to Bett1 on May 28th.
Then, on June 4th, an agent named Manuel confirmed via email that my refund of €249.00 had been sent to my credit card and would arrive within 2–3 working days. That deadline was yesterday, June 9th. Today is June 10th: I still have NO REFUND and no reply to my latest email.
Bett1 has been holding my money for over 3 and a half weeks. They failed to deliver the product, they have it back in their warehouse, and they keep breaking their own refund deadlines. This is disrespectful, completely unacceptable, and incredibly frustrating. I strongly advise against buying from this company.

Absolutely amazing. I usually like sleeping on medium-hard mattresses and this was just right. I bought it a month ago, been sleeping on the medium side and have slept very well almost every night. I also paired the mattress with the bed from Room In A Box and it works :)
