I was under the impression I was…

I was under the impression I was purchasing navy socks...the socks I received are black. I now have to pay a $6 return fee even after buying the $3 "free returns" thing with my order. Will never purchase from beltoutlet.com again.

Good quality merchandise from Belt Outlet

I received my order without much waiting. All of my order was there inside the packaging when I had opened it. The condition of my items was new without damage just as described by the Seller. I do have a problem that I should mention though, and that is the yellow leather belt was not the same size as the one that I had ordered. The invoice showed: "size 30", which is correct but when I inspected the belt I had discovered that the actual size is "32" instead. Oh well, so I took it to a shoe repair shop where one of the "cobbler's" services is to shorten leather belts. The alteration cost me only $10.00 so that wasn't so bad after all. I like the quality of my purchased items very much still.

Low quality belt buckles + big return fee.

Low quality belt buckles + big return fee.
Basically they send you a piece of cheap tin foil and if you don't like it, their return restocking fee is about 50% or $6 for a $12 buckle + you have to pay return postage.

I'm just looking for a decent belt buckle but these are simply too cheaply made.
