What is wrong with your payment systems?
I can't make a payment as a regular customer.
You guy's need sort out your payment system on your website.
I have 5 seeds didn't germinate.

Seeds do not germinate, including two F1 seeds.

Seed would not germinate I tried to write a response and tell me my order number is not right or my batch number is not right and I got it all right here in front of me on my phone but it's don't want to take care of their guarantee they suck I never use them again enjoy your $30

Absolutely the worst customer service. Invalid phone number on Facebook page. Barneys USA doesn't respond to emails or Facebook messenger. Attempted to germinate 3 skunk 1 (photo) only 1 Germinated. 2 of 3 Germinated on lemon cherry gelato. All were allegedly feminized seeds. After 6 weeks in veg state I flipped my lights to 12 hrs. Within a week my only skunk 1 showed as a total male plant. By week 2 of flower 1 lemon cherry is hermaphrodite. Several emails sent. Messages via Facebook sent. ZERO RESPONSE FROM BARNEYS USA

Horrible customer service. Emailed 5 times and even called with no response!!!

The seeds I purchased from barneys farm were defective. Poor germination percentage and as for the seeds which struck the plants were small weak and a costly waste of money. Do not trade with these people.

I’ve been using seeds from Barney for years, but that was my last order. They’re running promotions and selling off old seeds that don’t germinate and are genetically defective. This is the third time in a row I’ve had problems with feminised seeds. Out of three LB, one was a mutant and two were hermaphrodites. I don’t trust this company anymore!

Never received part of my order. Reported to customer service but never recived a response at all. Won't order from them again.

Order seeds first batch 5 dident come out thr send new aggain non come out dont buy here any more all old seeds dont hatch

I am extremely disappointed with the non-responsive Barney's customer service!! I've sent several emails regarding my order #BFS110061 - LSD seeds. ALL THREE LSD SEEDS FAILED TO GERMINATE. I responded to Barney's inquiries immediately following my initial request almost three weeks ago, yet I have not yet received any response since - I was advised that I should expect communication within five days. This is unprofessional and unacceptable!!

I ordered 4 seeds from barneys farm i ordered 3 received 4. Only 2plants reached 6inches in height. I then paid for paid for 2 and received and received 1 free. Out of the 7 seeds only 4 have made it to a 6inch plant and 1 is about 1 inch. I wrote the company and I was told that they will replace the first seeds. That was a month ago and I haven't heard anything since.

Didn’t do anything! Advertised as real seed when you get them it was novelty item! They have been reported to the FTC and CBP is next if I don’t get my money back!

Im just an old lady trying to grow cannabis in my garden. First of all, after I ordered and paid for my seeds, I had to call and ask for my money back because after a week the seeds had not shipped. They shipped it the next day. Luckily I ordered only three seeds and received 2 free. All of them germinated, but after I put them in the ground only the free ones grew. After reading all the these reviews, I'm wondering if I shouldn't rip them out of the ground, too. I am so disappointed. A cannabis store recommended Barneys. I won't be visiting that store again.

Not "engineered" seed at all, they're inferior. I tried contacting them by email & ph over the course if the month to no responses. Don't buy from the hacks.

They sold me ten seeds in a package that magnifyed the size of the seeds, only six sprouted, two of those were so small they barely lived a week now I have four really three moneth old plants that are less that four inches tall. Thet offered me 30 % discount of a new order, I asked for my money back. Theyre scammers mess with your grow time season elts. Theyre totally money no customer care. DONT BUY!

I ordered 6 Acapulco Gold seeds and NONE of them germinated and I am unable to reach anyone at the business! Ugh!!!!!

I purchased a clone from Barney’s Farm that was positively tested for HLVd. Despite reaching out to their support multiple times across different channels, I have not received any response.

As a consequence, I was forced to dispose of the soil from my 180L living soil bed, which I had been maintaining for over three years.

This is the second time I received seeds that did not germanate. The customer service is a joke as it does not exist. STAY AWAY
