I had done my research and made my decision beforehand. Just one phone call to Augusta started the process. The service was great, with opportunity to get answers to any question through a private zoom call, followed by assistance in setting up the process to transfer the IRA from my current account. I could have not designed the process better. I am even more confident I made the right decision. Never any pressure; always leaving me in full control of every decision.

Helpful, patient, readily available, pleasant staff who walked me through the whole process. My interactions with the staff has been excellent. So far, transparent about pricing and costs. Be prepared to give up to 4-6 hours of your time up front, which is the only sort of criticism I would have. They provide a lot of info that is just unnecessary for me. However, it is better to get as much info as needed when you are managing your retirement accounts.
