A sales lady came to my door and talked…

A sales lady came to my door and talked me into switching to AT&T. I was told so many lies but did not know it at the time about fees and stuff. Once I found out about the lies I changed back to Verizon within a few days. I went through pure divine torture changing back. I also spent over 2 months fighting them for large fees that I did not owe, and a phone they said I never returned even though it shows tracking it got there. They gave the worst customer service I ever experienced. I would never recommend AT&T to anyone! It has been a long stressful journey.

!!!CONSUMER BEWARE!!

!!!CONSUMER BEWARE!!! WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! I canceled almost immediately after I signed up with them and I’m still being charged!I normally don’t like posting negative reviews unless the experience was very negative and this was a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! DECEITFUL PRACTICES, COMPLETELY AND TOTALLY UNTRUSTWORTHY OVERALL!! I’m shocked they’re still in business! It began with Andrew, the sales person. He had me believing that he would be right there for me. He even gave me his cell phone number. After signing me up, he left the country! I had problems from the very start! They came to install my box, one hour after the entire Internet went out for seven hours! I was on the phone with Customer Service, on and off, for six hours! I was hung up on three times! Needless to say, I went through hell and high water to cancel them and reconnect with my previous Mobile carrier. I am 64 years old and I HAVE NEVER HAD SUCH A BAD EXPERIENCE AS I HAD WITH AT&T!

AT&T is the Worst company

Worst company I have ever dealt with. They sold me a phone as brand new that is actually a refurbished used phone. It doesn't work right at all and they saud I can return it but I will still be billed the full amount of the phone. They told me at the store at 3014 bardstown rd in Louisville ky. That they cannot except returns at the store after 14 days. They then told me I will have to send it to the main office through UPS or FedEx. When I called the main office about this the person that I was talking to laughed at when I had an epileptic seizure and told him that I have 3 terminal illnesses and he told told me that I will still be billed for the full amount of the phone and he laughed even more when he realized I was crying after the seisure. So now they expect me to pay for a phone that doesn't work and I won't have. Stay away from at&t. They rip people off by selling defective used merchandise as brand new and they lie about everything. Their policies only benefit them. They screw over all their customers

AT&T is by far the worst phone and internet service! They lied about the cost, everyone has a different answer. They charged me $70 for each phone line and $74. for internet service. Ridiculous. I'm switching service immediately.

One star

One star. I was paying over $140 a month for AT&T wireless service, including around $100 for one of their most expensive plans, yet the reception and internet speeds were consistently terrible.

To make matters worse, I discovered that I'd been charged since August for a 500GB cloud storage feature that I don't even remember signing up for. I had no idea the feature was active, never used it, and didn't even know how to use it.

When I contacted customer service, the automated system estimated a 15–20 minute wait, but I ended up waiting 45 minutes just to speak with someone. After spending about an hour on the phone, all I got was that there was nothing they could do. No refund, no credit, no adjustment, or even an attempt to make things right. Just a polite "have a nice day."

For a company charging customers this much, I expected significantly better service, transparency, and customer support. Instead, I wasted my time and money on an extremely disappointing experience.

Definitely not worth the price. I would not recommend AT&T.

I am extremely disappointed with AT&T…

I am extremely disappointed with AT&T Business customer service\.

I have repeatedly tried to contact AT&T to cancel my Business Internet service, but I have been unable to reach the appropriate department or get any real assistance\.

The situation is especially frustrating because I have sold my business, and the new owner cannot activate their own internet service because AT&T has still not disconnected my account\.

All I am asking for is simple: cancel my service, explain how to return the equipment, and provide clear instructions\. Instead, I am wasting valuable time trying to resolve an issue that should be handled easily and professionally\.

This level of customer service is unacceptable\. Customers should not have to spend hours chasing a company just to cancel a service\.

AT&T seriously needs to improve its customer support and take responsibility for resolving customer issues\.

All cellular services what you money and that’s all

I was tired of crappy service from another company, so I went to AT&T. Thought I was doing everything right. WRONG!!!!!!! The other company charge me full price for a NEW I had over 50% paid off and they charge me full price for switching. Sent even could get from the other company. Guess I have to pay all this crap off and get money to make the rest of my bills. People these guys are want nothing but your money. We would be better off going back to house phones.

AT&T is the worst internet provider I…

AT&T is the worst internet provider I have ever dealt with. I’ve lived in several countries, and this service falls far below anything I would expect from a major telecommunications company.

Our internet has been down for three days. This is the second outage in a month, yet no one can explain what is happening or provide a reliable repair estimate. Even getting through to a human being is a challenge.

I was told crews would be working on the problem. After driving around the affected area, I saw no sign of anyone working. I appreciate that repairs may be happening elsewhere, but without meaningful updates, customers are left completely in the dark.

My parents are visiting and are shocked that such a large American company can leave customers without internet for days, with so little communication or accountability. We can develop artificial intelligence and send people into space, yet apparently restoring a basic internet connection is too much to ask.

Meanwhile, AT&T still expects customers to pay. Why should we be charged for a service we are not receiving? I expect a credit covering the full outage and a clear, honest update on when service will return.

I’m now looking at competitors. Repeated outages, inaccessible customer support and no reliable answers—AT&T, your customers deserve far better. When does this become illegal?

I have had a terrible six month…

I have had a terrible six month experience with AT&T. Their customer service is extremely frustrating, their billing and payment process is confusing and representatives repeatedly provide misleading information about payment plans and charges.
They make promises that don’t match what customers actually experience. Resolving even simple issues becomes a headache, requiring multiple calls, wasted time and dealing with inconsistent explanations.

For a company as big as AT&T, I expected honesty, transparency and professional customer service. Unfortunately, they failed miserably. I have never been this disappointed with a service provider. I would not recommend AT&T to anyone. Think twice before becoming their customer!

Had AT&T Fiber Internet installed today…

Had AT&T Fiber Internet installed today 11/3/26.
To start, the technician hardly spoke English and could not answer my questions fully and concisely.
Secondly, at no point in time, had anyone from the sales team, technician team or the customer support team told me that they would need to drill through my wall and add a box on the inside and outside of my house. This was a surprise to me once the installation was complete
Thirdly, the technician did not notify me prior to the work, that there would be a run of fiber optic cable that spans the circumference of my house and that it would take them a WEEK OR MORE to bury.
Lastly, once the technician left after he had finished his installation, I walked the service area, in which I found my yard littered in fiber optic fittings, plastic bags, and cuttings from the install. I also found that he had taken it upon himself to throw away SOME of his trash in my homes trash can. This isn’t much of an issue but a major miss on his courtesy. A simple “Would you mind if I threw away this material in your trash can?” Would’ve sufficed, especially if he had the courtesy to throw it all away instead of leaving it littered in my backyard.
Once I took it upon myself to submit a complaint and cancel the service entirely, AT&T notified me that it would be IMPOSSIBLE for them to send a technician out to remove the fiber integration box that they had just installed.

Terrible customer service. They don't want you talking with a live human being. Then when you don't give the dumb ass answer system what it wants, it hangs up on you.
