Germany is out of the world cup, now comes the not showing of the rest of the world cup. Is ARD racist, Like the TV shows. German people are, the driver, the man or woman. Foreigners are the gangster or criminal.

Terrible experience. probably one of the worst experiences I had in Germany. I called them and I kindly asked them if they speak english and they said: No we dont. bye. .....

Scam, they have charged me 45 euros for a Hause that was already payed.

I wanted to share my today experience with Orsos. She was incredibly helpful and guided me through the entire process of paying the on due ARD bill, which I had been delaying from several months. Her kindness and professionalism really impressed me, and she made my experience much smoother by speaking in English, which is especially helpful for internationals like us who are still learning German.

Orsos truly deserves appreciation, and her assistance made it possible for us to pay our ARD dues on time. I highly recommendto hire more staff who can speak English, as it makes a significant difference for internationals to avoid the delay in bill payments.

-1M stars if possible. Unfriendly and rude costumer service. We were asking about our bills, because it is our first time to pay this service (which we really do not use, because we use at home Netflix, Prime, Youtube).

These peope are just really rude.
You are paying 18 euros for a service that you do not use, and yet costumer service are really really really rude.
I am trying to understand their side, maybe they are paid by the number of calls they receive. Not sure.

For 38.89 fee that I don't receive it they added 225.50€ to pay in 3'days, otherwise they will evacuate me from the house. The previous envelope I payed entirely through N26 bank with reference number, all envelopes that was arrived I payed them. I feel like this sistem is more for expats who doesn't understand Deutsch. Soon I'm going to leave this country. Is clear that they target expats. What expats can see at the TV where everything is in Deutsch???

When I came to Germany, the first thing that struck me was government corruption, and the ARD is the most striking example. It is clear that Germany, like all countries, has its own taxation system. Well, call the fees of ARD a tax on registration! But no: people must be forced to support a leftist, anti-Semitic propaganda broadcasting organization that is unable to make a living. I don't have a radio or TV at home, and I'm not going to buy one. What should I pay these rascals for?
