We spent two wonderful weeks in Naxos, and everything was perfect from start to finish. The entire travel experience was smooth and well organized. The hotel exceeded our expectations, and the location was absolutely fantastic. We couldn’t have asked for a better holiday and would happily book with them again. Highly recommended!

We were sent to the wrong hotel and it took hours before we could get a taxi. Apollo should improve their shuttle service!

Limnos is a great place for exercise and relaxation
Limnos is a really pleasant combination of exercise and relaxation. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Have now been there 3 times with Apollo and it’s not the last.

At arrival we were set off at a wrong hotel in the middle of nowhere. We had to pay taxi bill to get to the right destination. Apollo denies that it happend and refuses to compensate for the cost and delay. After talking with the guide and trying to contact by mail i have finally managed to make an 'official' complain. Response time: expected 11 weeks
Well, my time is spent better to warn friends about Apollo

i have tried to renew my plan for 4 days online dut of course it wouldnt accept any payments i went to live chat for help the rep kept trying to convince me to pay via cash-app i repeatedly told her i dont do cash-app she then said my account was flagged and i can only pay cash app no credit cards once i told her that i was gonna go to another company that accepted my card then she said oh wait now i can accept your card . i said oh wow i asked that a supervisor call me and once he did he was nicer but i felt almost harrassed

FANTASTISK ferie til Kreta
Vi var på Kreta for 14. gang - absolut “vores” ø. Vi boede for 7. gang på Minoa Palace Resort & Spa ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ og vi kommer ikke til at bo andre steder. Helt igennem fantastisk hotel, tjenere, mad, beliggenhed….. TAK til Apollo fordi har dette super duper hotel i jeres program.

Be careful if you leave your sons with the staff of Apollo Rejser in hotel Green Garden Resort in Tenerife. The woman that teach swim clases obligate my two years old sons to receive a danger rain storm because she need to close a kids garden on time

First and last time traveling with them.
Great vacation but ruined by MESS logistics at the airport on way back home. First informed by Apollo staff that check in will open in 45 min and did not get informed that I MUST wait in queue even though I COULD not check in.Result ... check in opened sooner and my family ended up in a long queue of people who arrived after me. Staff was not supportive and somewhat unfriendly. I will Never choose Apollo again!!!
