Great customer support and products. They actually listen to problems and fix them. A bit disappointed Canadian customers are now buying products in USD and have limited availability of sizes and new colors available to Canada. This was not always the case but it seems operations moved from Canada to USA resulting in higher prices and less availability.

Great, unique product offering. Responsive and helpful customer service. I was helped with sizing questions, coupon code issues, and they honored a 30-day guarantee, even if my issue was outside the scope of their warranty policy. All of these inquiries were handled near instantaneously. This company clearly cares about its customers.

My experience with AsWeMove has been nothing but stellar. The products I have received thus far have been absolutely fantastic. Comfort is beyond my expectations with the Aspire Zero. One suggestion I do recommend is sizing down one size for this particular style. This has become my everyday wear to

Premium product, though expensive you get what you pay for. Customer service has greatly improved. Sizing is key I have a 32-33 waist and I go back and forth on S and M.

This is a great company, from their product to their customer service and responsiveness. The underwear is remarkably comfortable and they have built a great color palette. My favorite is the Recover line and I’m a fan of all the colors. The new Shadow and Jungle are the best. Thanks, team.

I was skeptical about the product. The first pair I got seemed so small I wanted to return it before even trying it on. The online sales rep said I could keep the small size and she would send me a medium, no charge. After wearing both, I realized that these are the most comfortable briefs I have ever wore, in both sizes! They are a bit pricey though, my only complaint.

Had my first issue with a seam. I called and spoke with Aike, problem solved. Excellent customer service. I don't mind paying a little more for this kind of service.

The thong pouches in the Aspire and dominate are not big enough and stretched out after a few wearings.

Their customer service is incredible. I've returned products and contacted them about discounts on products. Every time I received emails within the hours (usually minutes) that solved my problem completely.

The underwear is great for working in the heat, especially if you sweat profusely (like me :-P).

When you are 75 years old, finding underwear that actually fits anatomical needs of support without being too restrictive is very important. So finding AsWeMove was a Godsend. Almost a year after my most recent purchase three pairs started to separate.
Now another thing about being 75 is that mustering the bandwidth to approach customer support electronically can be daunting. So I put it off until I simply responded to an email sent to me with pictures of the recently laundered underwear and a query.
I was pleasantly surprised that I was responded to quickly and positively.
AsWeMove asked a couple of questions (no forms to complete) and they are sending replacement items.
If you are an old guy searching for underwear that supports your most intimate body parts, AsWeMove won’t leave you hanging!

Of my 25 or so under garments from As We Move, I had one item that didn’t wear well. I brought the attention to customer service and they handled this issue. In fact, they responded very fast and replaced the item quickly. I was very satisfied on the result and speed by which they took care of me.

Ordered the wrong size and reached out to customer support. They cancelled the order for me before it was processed, refunded, and I was able to reorder. All in the same day. Thanks, guys.
