Appalling Experience – Overpriced Drop-shipped Disappointment
I am incredibly disappointed with this purchase. The company markets themselves as a legitimate UK-registered business, giving you the impression you are buying a premium, locally sourced product. In reality, this is nothing more than a cheap, drop-shipped item straight from China that you can find anywhere else online for a fraction of the cost.
To be completely honest, you would get a significantly better quality product from Temu or AliExpress. The materials feel incredibly cheap, smell toxic, and are nowhere near the standard advertised.
The customer service is absolutely appalling, with a different response every time, depending on whoever ‘David’ is that day…
Worse yet, it is completely obvious that they screen out all negative reviews on their website. They deliberately suppress honest feedback from real customers to artificially inflate their rating and make themselves look better than they actually are. Do not be fooled by the glowing 5-star reviews on their landing page—they are entirely curated and misleading.
Save your money, save your time, and avoid this company at all costs. You are paying a premium price for bottom-tier drop-shipped items and non-existent customer support.
