I have placed my order on 12.03.26 and received it on 18.03.26, so I am very satisfied with the delivery! And the quality of the jacket as well! Looks even better in real life than on the website pictures! Absolutely delighted!

I placed an order for a £200 jacket on the 22/12/2025 and I still have not received my order,I have been in contact with their customer service again today and they said my order was sent to customs yesterday, but they still need to process it,so my order has not left Germany yet,by the time the order gets to my address in London it will be a good month,it’s to slow,I will not order from them again,it’s the longest I’ve had to wait for a delivery,I wouldn’t recommend buying from their online store again.terrible experience!!

I cannot recommend this company at all. I had problems from the very moment of purchase. The website does not provide all the necessary information for delivery, so the courier service refused to ship my order. On top of that, my address was somehow automatically translated into another language, and because of that the package could not be delivered.

I spent two weeks waiting for a resolution, writing every day to Alpha Industries’ official support. They first promised to return the jacket to me, but in the end I was told that the item would not be sent back and instead I had to wait another two weeks for a refund.

The service is honestly terrible. The waiting time for the product is unreasonably long, and the communication was frustrating. I cannot recommend this store — it’s much better to buy from another shop where these jackets are actually available in stock.

My issue is not with the product itself (which I've returned & EVRI has lost) but with the communication of the company, I've sent around 4 messages about this lost return order & my refund via there website contact form & no response..

I've even got in touch with EVRI who have admitted the order has been lost, I returned it on July 8th.. it's now the 23rd and getting a response from alpha industries is non existent, along with my refund.

(Update, took close to a month to finally get a refund)

Customer care is superb. I had a problem with a piece I purchased a few years ago and they helped me resolve it quickly and at no cost. Superlative customer care. Ten out of ten.

Great costumer service.

I ordered online 2x. Quick dispatch of the product. Unfortunately an item for sale was found not available. I rang the costumer service, who assured me the item already had been refunded and rightly so. I highly recomend this online store. If needed costumer service are spot on and very friendly. Thank you Alpha family. LOVE

Was sceptical purchasing from this company because the UK has left the EU. However, I was surprised that all would be ok, and there would be any additional VAT charges. The team were very helpful from start to finish.

My purchases were 3 pair of shorts but only 2 were in stock. Despite this, both pairs of Kerosene shorts are a great fit.

I ordered a bomber on the 6th of May and have heard nothing from the company, then contacted om the 10th to ask what was happening with my order and didn't get a reply till the 13th of May saying they have some delays but my package will be shipped in a couple of days! I have since sent another email today 20th of May. I already own 3 of their jackets and this would be a fourth. If I at all purchase again from AI I will order through one of their resellers, but that's a big if.

Waited 2 weeks for my parcel to come and instead I got a letter saying I have to pay £80 worth of custom charges. I bought 2 products at different times so I'll probably have to pay £160 in custom charges. If I don't laugh I'll cry. Anybody from the UK should never shop here.

Service is very bad its been 5 day and my jacket has been in Germany and nobody wants to tell me why and they never answered my emails and when they did no help . So dont bother us the usa site

Beware if you live in UK -you have to pay custom charges!! What looks like a great price will end up costing you more because of the customs charges you will incur.

Horrible Service if you are living in UK.
Hidden charges that they will inform you only at the end and there are using Parcel Force as couriers. Worst delivery Company ever . If you are living in UK , buy alpha industries items on from retailers inside UK

Terrible service. Hidden customs charges.
I ordered 2 in-stock items and paid in full. I then received an email to say they had refunded one item as it wasn't now in stock. No other option given. No choice.
I then get my final item stuck in customs and asked to pay an additional customs fee of £65. I could have bought a ticket and flown to Germany myself and it would still have worked out cheaper. Complete rip off.

Great products, I ordered a sweatshirt and a hoodie on Monday, and received them on Thursday. Absolutely love them, quality is excellent and the fit is perfect. Will be ordering again. Thank you 👍
