Chicken Tikka Sizzler. Same dish at 2 different places in 1 night. This was second and round-down 4.5 stars. The service was good. Casual atmosphere.
The dish wasn’t quite as spiced as in the other place. No pepper spiciness, flavors good but mild. Small chunks of onion and pepper complete the scene. What really came through here was the chicken. Amazingly moist, cooked perfect. By far the better chicken.
One dish only but the sauce just wasn’t quite there. More flavor and a little spiciness and this is 5 stars. Preference for me on more and bigger chunks of vegetables, too.
I would go back and try other dishes for sure!!
One of my best experiences down Brick lane. My group had great service by Nidal and the food was amazing! Would definitely recommend.
This place honestly blew me and my group away. It was recommended by our walking tour guide, and as soon as we got in we were greeted warmly and offered popadoms while we looked through the menu. The food was INSANE, and the service was friendly and personable. All round great vibes and amaaaaazing evening. You can even BYO for free!!! ;)
Delicious food - unlike some othere we've had on Brick Lane. Brilliant service (got us our beers from the shop next door), extra poppadums,
Clean, air conditioned. Great. The meat is Halal - the only downer if you care about ethical treatment of animals - but there are some great vegetarian and fish dishes. Varied spice options too.
