The company markets themselves as the premier exchange for grains, while it's not regulated by any financial entity and simply ignore the existence of the CBOT/CME and Euronext.
Update:
The company has updated their communications and have a new website not calling themselves "exchange", but a marketplace. As per their comment may be after speaking with the lawyer they changed.
Still don't trust their management and how inexperienced they are in agricultural commodities.

For public clarification, Agrodity operates within the short-term market and is not subject to the regulations referenced. We have a formal legal opinion from a qualified attorney confirming this position.
Furthermore, the commenter’s reference to CBOT/CME and Euronext reflects a fundamental misunderstanding of the market structure. He who left above comment has no clue what he is talking about. These institutions primarily facilitate futures trading and are not directly related to spot exchanges, which highlights a lack of professional insight on the matter.
