Failed service/ inconvenient and unreliable online system, dodgy
This is a Complaint- I made an order to collect from a Hackney shop which it did display Due to a system glitch I’m told it was sent to Gloucester!!!!!!???
Siting in silence now on phone with a rep wasting time while she completes some form. Took seconds to take my money now I having to wait up to 2 days for it to be returned, no not refunded but for someone to call. Inconvenienced as I am unable to reorder while my money sit in your account. In 2025 this is not acceptable. You holding onto peoples money is not fair. I’m told someone will contact me . FOR WHAT!!! I expect compensation for the inconvenience this has actually caused, holding onto my money preventing me from purchasing the item I need. This is not my first time using Argos and this is a decline from past experience used to be easy and affective, straight forward I see things have changed.
