My better half bought sportshoes for our 12y old girl. Barely 4 months later, a plastic part protruding from the heel part of the shoes is deformed and they're useless.
She went to the shop for a refund. An arrogant shop employee started interrogating our 12-y old about how the shoes were utilized (or at least tried). Then he went on lecturing on how to put on and remove shoes! WTF!! What imbiciles are present at this company. His boss wasn't available either that day - needless to say, no more purchases in this shitty business. BEWARE! Besides, just look at the other reviewers experiences. It's a joke.

Display one price but charge double at the till.
Staff wors there but are so demotivated to help or rectify.
It is illegal to Display a price and charge double at the till.
This shop needs a visit from authorities.

What a terrible customer service at Storo store, by these two girls working in cashier today, awful. Couple of teenagers who don’t want to work and they are just bothered by anyone who interrupt their Snapchat time. Had to figure out myself where I had to go to return an item since they did not bother in helping out.

good range of sports equipment, but their prices are often higher than competitors

Went to the store in Sentrum to try out some bicycle shoes and was attended to friendly store attendants. Went home and bought it online. A week later the price of the exact shoe dropped. Had a chat with customer service and they fixed the price to the discounted price. Everything went smoothly! Was absolutely satisfied and had amazing time cycling with the new pair of shoes in summer.

Experience of bicycle service at XXL Alta is worst I ever had. The young guy who are fixing bikes did unacceptable wrong work. But after sometime I tried ones again hoping that this time will take my bike for service someone else. It was the same guy, but I gave him second chance. His job on fixing bycicle was so bad again and totaly wrong and it cost me money, that it shouldn't cost. However, I don't want to go on details, just highly recommend for everyone in Finnmark to do it anywhere else, cause I don't believe someone do it worse than this guy.

I use Xxl quite a lot and willing to give a 5 star to the company.

Some suggestion to new users.

1, register your Mobil when buying. It is easy to return when you want later. And also point back later.
2, online support is not working as you want. Try to use physical store when you need help. Like. Return or repairing, fix small issue for like bikes!
3, I like Klarna payment but some may not. It is a kind of extend the billing time. Why not?
4, Read more the offer news. And find the best for you!
5, I always think the quality of their major product is good enough. future may some cheap Brand but as far as you know what to buy!

Extremely horrible customer service! I bought the shoes from the brand "Bergans". The side of the shoe got damaged while I was walking, and the sole didn't feel comfortable at all. The shoes were worn literally once and I want to put them to trash! Customer service online just responded with automatic message that wasn't helpful at all. The sellers in the store were extremely rude and unhelpful! They even admitted that the shoes are horrible quality but they can't do anything about it because I wear them already!

THE WORST! Atrocious customer service. Discriminatory practices. NO telephone support for my dyslexic partner. I had to get onto chat to help him get customer service only to be told that there was NO WAY he could get support via the phone. The CS agent said they could take all the time my boyfriend needed to chat. Which was pointless because I pointed out that someone who had extreme difficulties reading also has extreme difficulties writing. 😡 The stupidity was epic. I also pointed out that a customer should not need to rely on another person in order to contact customer service. It is a huge assumption that someone with a disability can just ask anyone to handle their customer service issues for them. XXL staff get paid to help customers. I don't. Also, in Norway the land of inclusivity, XXL is breaking the law by not providing appropriate services for person with disabilities. Shame on them! Take your business elsewhere!

I wouldn’t trust XXL with my bike again. I cannot recommend anyone to come here for bike service.

It took them three tries and around 2500 NOK to find the 350 NOK problem with my bike. I came to XXL with my bike to have a problem with my drivetrain fixed. I didn’t have the time to do it myself then, but now, a month later, I might as well have done it myself. They started by replacing some seemingly random parts of the drivetrain, purely based on what they had in the shop. It didn’t take more than 100 meters of biking to find out that the drivetrain was still completely broken, it felt even worse than when I took it in for service, despite the 1726,- NOK “repair” I had just paid for. I immediately returned the bike, and “luckily” there was a 310 NOK cassette in stock, which would fix it. The friendly man at the shop replaced mine without charging, so nice. Too bad that this was yet another waste of money, as the cassette was NOT the problem. Finally it took another 500 NOK and replacing the remainder of the drivetrain to fix the issue.

Hi I try to buy online because is cheaper but I should download java to conforms the 3d payments but did not work also if I have to buy in shop the product is 210 nok. Online it is 149 nok so bad this!

About 70% of people that use Klarna hate it, myself included. They are an untrusted company and XXL use them for online payments, making purchases with XXL untrusted. They add on extortionate late fees for bills that they never send. Very disappointing to see XXL integrate such a bad service.
