Excellent all round.The amount of items you can get is huge.The delivery prices are a little high,personal opinion,but with the Uk out of Europe you can not really complain.Overall i was happy,and would like to recommend you have alook yourself,with Cristmas coming up.

It's a great shop for snacks they treat you nice and give you free gifts. But I would like more of my favourite Candy Bio air pops.

Great company. Had an issue, one of the items I purchased became unavailable after I already paid for it. They not only gave me my money back through a code, but doubled my money for the inconvenience and apologized. Highly recommended.

We order almost exclusively a particular brand of American peanut butter. WOS has competitive prices and we are happy with their service.

Its statet that they will deliver international!! If the country is not listed they write : " ALL OTHER COUNTRIES UPON REQUEST"

Well I requested to deliver to Philippines!! Even I will pay in advance the simply wrote back: " we dont ship to Philippines without any explanation!!" THEY SIMPLY DON'T WANT TO GO THE EXTRA MILE FOR THERE CUSTOMER. 👎👎👎😡😡😡

I ordered 8 sauerpatch and it came 4-5 days later and I even had a free candy with it❤️

Delivery times are incredibly long and now it’s the second time most of the received items have a „best before“ date that’s less than a month from the day it arrived.

Most of the items are more expensive than in the local stores so you’d at least expect them to last a couple of months instead of less than 2 weeks.

Had a wonderful experience with the company last year. Not sure if they still ship to the U.S.

Bought 20 bags of popcorn. 10 were inedible due to moisture in the bags. They referred my complaint to the manufacturer. Manufacturing co. said no problem at their end. W of S has failed to contact me further. Poor service and poor quality of products with no intention of reimbursing me for the 10 bags. Never again.

Ordered four weeks ago together with other colleagues sweets from WORLD OF SWEETS.
The online shop, the actual order, payment process, processing of the order and than the possible tracking of the my box from Schleswig-Holstein in north Germany to London was amazing....

Absolutely disgusted. Discriminative company. Won't send product to Canada. World of Sweets ask for a minimum order of €500.00 then there is shipping to pay and that will be a hefty amount as well as the weight of the products for a minimum of €500.00 is alot. And on top of that Customs fees. And perhaps I would be required to have a business license to ship that amount as well to enter into Canada. So freaking ridiculous.
World of Sweets added that I would have to also waive any claim on damaged goods or returns and accept product as is damaged or best before or whatever. Not sure of all the variables.
They wouldn't respond to my questions. Only a automated or perhaps a template response.
€500.00 of products for example to meet that requirement would be about 641 units of products if it was at €0.78 each unit of product. To clarify a bag of candy or a chocolate bar or a bag of chips. 641 units. Like what are these people on anyway?
That is a crazy amount of money and product to buy as the minimum amount possible for Canada.
World of Sweets, you are discriminatory against Canadian citizens.
World, don't buy from this company. For them to expect me or anyone to take responsibility of their damaged goods and no return and no 100% Satisfaction Guarantee they should NOT be in business. They should be shut down immediately. World of Sweets you are not a customer service company but have only you're self interest in mind.
