App was easy enough to reserve a parking spot. Just more info about shuttle departure times would be helpful. The Sheraton IAH only runs every 30 MINUTES for departure to airport. Also alot of airlin... See more

I reserved parking and then found out I could not park my truck. The app says you can cancel any time before your reservation. Just click the cancel button that comes up with your order details,. There is no cancel button. I called customer service and they said I can not cancel. I guess they make their money scamming people $25 at a time. Use Spot Hero!!!

While the staff at the parking garage were very kind and helpful, I am still waiting for a refund on one of my cancellations. I originally made two reservations with the company for parking for a sprinter van and a SUV. Once we arrived at the parking lot, we realized that the sprinter van would not clear the entrance we asked if they could recommend another one of their locations. We were told that we would have to contact their customer service and cancel our current reservation and create and pay for a new reservation. We were told they would refund us for the canceled reservation. I have been going back and forth for almost a month on emails in order to get the refund that is owed to me. They supposedly need to speak with the parking garage, but I don't see how this takes this long. I will never be booking with them and need a refund.

Do not trust this app. Way.com is running a classic bait-and-switch scheme designed to trap drivers when they are at their most vulnerable.
They entice you with low prices and force you to input your vehicle make and model before booking. You enter your SUV, get a quote, and assume your trip is fully paid for. I have used long-term parking spots for years and a spot is a spot—this has never happened to me before. They buried "oversized vehicle" fees so deeply that I didn’t even know it was there on the phone screen.
You only find out you've been scammed when you actually arrive at the parking lot, stressed and trying to catch a flight, only to get slammed with massive hidden fees. What is the point of demanding my vehicle type during booking if the quote is a lie?
What if I came unprepared with no money? What if I missed my flight because they demanded the oversize fee beforehand?
Do not use this greedy middleman. Book directly with the parking lots, save yourself the stress, and delete this app immediately.

I have reached out to you before posting this review, and you only offered me a low-value coupon for my next trip—no thank you.
I paid $68.70 for the parking spot, only to get slammed with an additional $49.66 "oversized" fee at the lot. That is nearly double the original price!
This explanation is a complete cop-out. Your app forced me to input my vehicle’s exact make and model before I could even book. If your system already has my vehicle details and you know the parking lot's policies, there is absolutely no excuse for not displaying the real, final price at checkout.
Burying fees in microscopic text on a phone screen—only to surprise a traveler with a $49 charge when they are trying to catch a flight—is the definition of a bait-and-switch. Stop hiding the fees and start handling your relationship with these garages with actual transparency!
MORE UPDATES: I just learned that the city of New York literally just finalized a massive enforcement action against Way dot com, fining them $200,000 and permanently banning them from listing illegal lots for doing the exact same 'bait-and-switch' and junk fee tactics I experienced!

The ease of reaching a human being was unbelievably easy! The communication was clear and concise. There were no exorbitant wait times or hold times. The agent was kind, upbeat, personable and knowledgeable! What more could you ask for! My order request was recapped and further assistance offered. Keep up the great work, smile, and appreciate every day even the challenging ones!

Paid app $120, when leaving parking lot was required to pay additional $49. Our flight was delayed an hour which added another day, but that should have been $24. Won’t use the app again now that I know I will get a surprise bill at the end

Self check in and out, which is not disclosed. The description is self park. They're parking lot is mostly mud with huge puddles. I had to carry baggage from the self park to the shuttle area as it was too muddy and uneven to roll.
