The watch strap looks exactly as described on the website, with good quality and vibrant colours. My order had a small shipping hiccup and the delivery ended up taking three weeks. When I contacted customer support by email, the team reassured me that everything was on track, and they were right. If I may suggest one improvement, it would be to respond to customers a bit more quickly.
Overall, I’m happy with my new Fitbit Versa strap.

Ordered 2 fitbit wristbands, one doesnt fit and one keeps falling off the fitbit. Cheap fakes. Also no free returns. Will never order there again.
