Customised itinerary and great support
Viva Holidays offered a two centre holiday I couldn't find anywhere else: 3 nights Marrakech and 7 nights Agadir. Pankaj was great, he tailored our flight times and hotel choices to get exactly the itinerary we wanted. Booking was easy. They made the holiday go smoothly and helped me resolve some queries just before and during the trip. We'd definitely use Viva Holidays again.

We had an excellent experience booking our Bernina Express package with Pankaj. From the very beginning, he was patient with our responses and took the time to understand exactly what we wanted.
Our itinerary (Zurich to Chur on the Bernina Express, then Tirano and Milan) was organised seamlessly. Everything was taken care of—from flights, hotels, train tickets, and Bernina Express reservations—making the whole process completely stress-free.
Pankaj also went above and beyond by changing our flights to better accommodate our needs. Whenever there was something we weren't happy with, he was always willing to look into alternative options until we found the right one.

Planning a solo, multi-centre trip can be incredibly daunting, but Bharat made the entire experience stress-free. From the very beginning, he put my mind completely at ease.I was a bit indecisive and kept changing my mind about the hotels, routes, and itinerary details. Despite this, Bharat remained exceptionally patient, accommodating, and helpful throughout the entire planning process. He never rushed me and went above and beyond by even at times only contacting me at times that were convenient for my schedule.If you are a solo traveler looking for a personalised, patient, and highly organised tour operator, I cannot recommend Bharat at Viva Holidays enough!
