I had a really positive experience studying the Level 3 Certificate in Understanding Mental Health with The Learning College. The course was very informative and helped me develop a much better understanding of mental health, different conditions, treatment, and how to support people experiencing mental health difficulties.
I found the learning materials clear and easy to follow, and I really appreciated being able to study at my own pace around my other commitments. The tutor support was also very helpful whenever I needed guidance, one on one calls, feedback with my assignments.
Completing this course has increased my knowledge and confidence, and I feel that what I have learned will be very valuable for my future. I am very pleased that I chose The Learning College and would definitely recommend it to anyone interested in developing their knowledge and understanding of mental health.
Absolute nightmare of a company. Do not enroll on to a course with these people.
This is a con no help and the owner herself is a terrible human.
What a con. I started a course, realised straight away it wasn't for me, and now they are trying to use me for unpaid fees. To be clear, I have a Level 7 Masters from Reading University in Education. I was accused of plagarism in my first module. This caused me to consider me options and the need for the course. After completing 1 module I had paid 3 installments. I'm now expected to pay the rest, and admin charges. Be very cautious of this provider. Their contract terms are restrictive to the absolute degree. Once purchase and commenced, there is no cancellation option. Is that a fair summary?

Great experience with the learning college, Sheila a good teacher that supported me though my course. I would recommend to others.
Pirates, as simple as that. Uncommunicative and very unhelpful. I signed up for a course the end of May. I then injured myself the following Week which has meant three months off and still ongoing. As soon as I injured myself I loggedinto the platform for the first time to find out how to cancel the course, as I knew I would be on SSP, so I couldn't afford it. The only way I could cancel was in writing via post, which I did. It then turned out I couldn't cancel as I had logged into the learning platform to find out how to cancel the course and that was classed as starting the course! I again explained I was off work on SSP. Not their problem apparently and I had to keep paying monthly payments even though I have never started the course. I managed three months and then, well, SSP is just over £100 and well, I ranout of money and there was no money in my account this month. They have harrased me over that payment 7 times, with late fees, even though I have no income other than SSP. It's stressful, they have no empathy and don't care about the learner at all. I'm still off work, still being harassed for payments I can't find and still getting late payment fees. I said short of robbing a bank or selling a kidney what did they expect me to do? Magic money into existence? They said pay the bill. Which is impossible. I'm still off work, stressed out and this bill is now sat there accumulating and they are now threatening to take me to court. I've told them to go ahead, hopefully the judge will have more empathy once he see the emails I have sent since this farce started.
So my advice go to somone other than pirates of the Internet as yu will get no help from these people, assuming there ever was a human at the other end. And phoning? Don't even bother you won't get through, with the online messaging no reply to that either.
A very thorough training course and qualification, containing lots of relevant information for my career. Friendly and helpful staff, with easy access to a tutor.
Professional, organised and help always on hand whenever needed! Cannot recommend The Learning College enough 🤗
It was a professional and easy way to start a new career journey with The Learning College.
Dear S. Remmington-Ogle was extremely helpful and communicated clearly throughout the process.
Highly recommended.Thank you.
Tutors are helpful and kind! All of my work was marked on time. I was able to get an extension for disability purposes very quickly. The experience felt very professional overall. I wasn't stressed during the process and could complete my work whenever I wanted within the given time. I failed one of my units at one time but the notes to correct it was very useful and I submitted it again the next day confident that I would pass it this time! I had a very good experience!

I would like to take this opportunity to sincerely thank Sharon for her guidance and support throughout my CACHE Level 3 Award in Supporting Teaching and Learning (RQF).
