Even 1 star is painful. I ordered a 160cm dog pool from them. I asked them if it's on its way and they said there are minor delays but it's coming. Then after two weeks I asked can you cancel it so I can order something else, to that they told when the order comes refuse accepting the delivery. Then I thought oh wait it might still come. Then I called the customer care and she told they are out of stock. Such horrible service. I really wanted that dog pool but their service makes their good products pathetic. Meanwhile here I am sitting with my dog and her destroyed summer and have all the other accessories that I needed for my 160cm dogpool.

Poor quality cushions
The service, delivery and packaging of the product was good. It was easy to assemble and the base is good enough quality.
The cushions however look and feel cheap. They are light, so the back ones fall sober and the material that slides about. We will have to buy new cushions by which time this won’t be a value product and we may as well bought a better quality one to start.

I had a terrible experience and still…
I had a terrible experience and still haven’t received my home gym. I only received 2 of 3 boxes and when I contacted customer service I got very little help. Very disappointed that I still haven’t received my purchase! Complete scam of a company and I will go online to report. I would like a refund of my €274 and return the 2 boxes I received which are useless without the 3rd box

Do not buy from this company
I have ordered a garden furniture set from their Danish website, the table was not delivered. I have been emailing customerservice repeatedly for a week. They completely ignore me, no answer and you cannot call them. This is a bogus company and you should not buy from them.

No warranty on serial product defect.
After several orders with good result, I now have 6 sun loungers that are showing the same problem with the wheels. One by one they are breaking. Product age = 14 months.
Spanish distributor does not honour warranty obligations, saying it's wear and tear. All wheels break at the same place....
I asked for spares but even paying for them they don't have them until 6-12 months.
This company used to work well but this recent experience is horrible. My damage: €700.
