Avoid. Company is bankrupt but still happily taking money from people for products they are not sending out.

Made an order in June, still haven't received anything and they make no effort to return our money. Apparently the supplier does not have any stock but company still have the item as available on their website so are happy to take more money from people with no plan to actually provide the product. There is no law against this?

They have literally tried to scam me. I returned a really cheap looking jacket, unworn, using their provided return label. It was fully trackable. They received the return package within a week and kept refusing to issue my refund because once they received (and signed for!!) the package, they themselves lost track of it at their warehouse. Not really the customers problem, right? Well I chased them for 6 weeks, showing them the delivery proof, passed around from one incompetent service rep to another. Finally I filed a claim with paypal, and paypal reversed the charges because they could see I was getting scammed. Now these creeps email me an invoice as if I somehow owe them money. Unbelievable. All I can say is STEER CLEAR. Order from anywhere else but here.

Avoid buying here. After returning an item, I never received my refund (despite multiple calls and follow ups).

I'm always using it well. The delivery is fast and I'm very satisfied in many ways.

Tausendkind is highly reliable site for anything related to kids. Extremely good quality clothes, very good service. Highly recommend it.

First and last time shopping here.
Due to the fact they had available the clothing I couldn't find in the other shops, I decided to give it a try here.
I ordered several pairs of trousers in different sizes. Kept a few of them and the rest was sent back immediately.
I am waiting two weeks with no update on the website as well as no email of receiving.
And eventually, an email of happiness, sending an initial invoice with the warning costs on top.
Advice to the business, you are on the wrong path.

After 1 hour of research on Google about online stores having the brands I was looking for, I found tausendkind.de.

First problem, I am in Austria and there is no mention on tausendkind.de that there is an .at store. Lost a couple of hours adding items in the cart just to not be able to check them out.

On the good side, it's quite an awesome experience looking for items due to the filters they have in place (like material which for me is important). Would be awesome if they would build an English version of the website. We are in the 21st century and we are far beyond the mentality that in DE and AT only live German speaking people. Yet, not a problem.

Second problem, the size chart for the children gloves is a mess. They provide an awesome chart with how to measure the baby's hand, matching to the age and then to the size (1, 2, 3, 4, etc). THE PROBLEM is the gloves dont have the size 1,2,3,4 they have 98/104. 110/116 etc. What the hell is this? 98 what? cm? mm? is it the size of the hand? the height of the baby? No clear info.

My baby is in size 2, so what number should I pick fro the gloves? And how about you either correct the sizing or the size chart to reflect the reality.

Third problem, I subscribed to the newsletter on the DE website and I got a 10% voucher, cool stuff.
When i tried to subscribe on the AT website i got the message that my email is already subscribed. OK. But when i tried to use the code I received, it's saying it's not valid. So the stores are linked but only for the newsletter...

Fourth problem, the facebook page of the AT store is linked to weltbild.at and not tousandkind.at.

Considering these mistakes it really looks like an amateure business.

After a new search on Google I was able to find the AT store. Good stuff because I could quickly add my items in the cart.

Obvisouly, the same problem with the gloves chart.

Hopefully I will get an answer tomorrow and I will place an order since Zalando is not able to provide me the same items.

God help me.
