Got Scammed and lame excuses from VNR
I am Dutch, live in the Netherlands and i got charged by VNR for no reason. Never heard about them, just found out that i am charged and money is refunded. Their explanation is that i requested their services. Never requested anything, nor i ever heard about them. In the Netherlands we use iDeal so they could not get my card info. They misused my personal information and they will be sued for this! Check your bank account and block VNR and their bank account!!!

As previously communicated, an order was placed using your bank details. Unfortunately, we are unable to determine how these details were obtained. It may have resulted from a typo when entering the IBAN, or the individual who placed the order could have accessed your bank details through other means. We only have this order on file with these details and do not have additional information regarding the background.
To resolve the matter promptly, we canceled the order and blocked the direct debit immediately upon noticing the issue. We also recommended that you contact your bank to clarify the next steps for further security.

Höchtens Betrug Firma, die nutzen namen computerwissen.de, software-schatzkiste, Achim Wagenknecht ist die chefredaktor.
Ich habe ein frei software downloaded für meine junge in die Schule heisst 'libre writer ' was er in die Schule nutzt. Ichmuss mein email eingeben. In kleindruck Schließen sie ein Abo an.
Den Nächte monat schicken sie eine Rechnung. Ich Ruf an und die wollen €60 jede 3 monate und sind sehr agressiv und unfreundlich.
Ich habe es gekündigt aber dann schicken sie mich eine cd das ich für Bezahlen muss €20, Ich Ruf an und Sag Bescheid, Aber die meinen Doch haben Sie Ich Schicke Ihn Ein Bestätigung. Ich Reg Auf dann Legen Sie Auf. Ich habe immernoch Kein Bestätigung. Jetzt Anwald..
A disgraceful con company.. I needed a software thats normally free, called Libre writer a writing program for the school in lockdown. I had to download it through 3rd party which was softwareschatz kiste. Unfortunately I had to opt out of a subscription, which was hidden away in the small print.
I had to pay €240 for stupid cds they sent me which was free software for e,g. Firefox and other crap.
I called them to protest against their con email but they just hang up on me.
1 month later they sent me another crap cd(even though no-one uses cds in these times) in which I was told I have to pay a bargain €20. Instead of me ordering they send it and I have to send it back at my cost.
I have now paid the €240 and hope to hear or receive no more junk cds and other crap from them..
