Unclear on what was covered until the very end. Had a hard time getting the schedule of benefits and other documentation.
The reply from the company is not accurate. The documents were not on the portal. The chatbot didn’t know what “benefits schedule” meant. The human said they weren’t on the portal but did email them after I spent 45 minutes trying to get help.
It’s one thing to have bad systems, it’s another thing to lie. I’d change my rating to one star now.

Excellent service from world Trips
I found the service with World Trips excellent. It was easy to get a policy online and there are many different options to choose from. My daughter had an emergency appendectomy and claimed from World Trips. Because she was at an in-network hospital everything was done between the hospital and World Trips, which made it much easier for me. Every time I called or emailed to ask a question, I received friendly, helpful support and advice. I will definitely use world Trips again. Thank you!
