Truely terrible company with terrible customer service. No protection for sellers or buyers, only care about themselves. Customer service and support is rigid and useless, might as well have a robot answer, which they do in most cases. Horrid

This is such a good way to prolong the life of a garment. Love the initiative and execution.

The app is great but the Vinted Go location at mine is almost always out of paper and it is very inconvenient and timewasting.

The package i sold could not be delivered. After returning it to me half of the items were damaged. Vinted started an investigation but came to the conclusion that there was no reason that the damage was done by the transport. Despite packing everythiny wrapped in bubble plastic and paper to make sure would not shift in the box. It also takes a lot of effort to find the information to start an investigation and to speak to a real person instead of an chatbot

I was wrongfully banned from Vinted without given a reason. I am currently waiting on a response but I have a feeling they won’t get back with me. I lost 4 sales because of this. Don’t use Vinted. It’s a scam.

all good works fine not taken over by commercial sellers

Selling school supplies and kids' educational items works well here because parents are always hunting for affordable options. Most items sell quickly when bundled together. However, Vinted’s subcategories are heavily built around clothing, making it a bit tedious to correctly tag and organize non-apparel school items like specialized stationery or calculators.

Still waiting on my money it’s been like 2 months now

The buyers guarantee isn’t worth much. You pay for it but no support from Vinted. Mainly bots.

The product I received was damaged in transit but the bots didn’t understand it If you don’t follow the exact script your claim gets refused.
