Very Easy Process
I was very happy with the easy of donating my car. They kept me up to date when the car was going to be picked up. I received a letter of thank you telling me that once the car was sold, I would receive a letter on the sale price and all the paperwork for the tax receipt. Everything happened just as they said it would.

Overall
Overall, company did well. What I did not like was that there were no contingencies for breakdowns. Leaving a car with the keys in and title is not best to begin with, but having to do it twice is even more worrisome for the person doing the donating, esp. if the vehicle is in running condition.

My experience was great. Very effortless and quick. They were very professional. Prompt and responsive, The tow company responded immediately to set pickup date. Tow arrived on time, gave me necessary information, had vehicle loaded in matter of minutes and was gone. Excellent service.

If anyone wants to donate a vehicle, the process is very simple. They took all my information. I just had to call the towing company to schedule a pickup of the car. I could not take off the plates, but the tow truck driver did that for me. It was painless and quick.

Absolutely the best donation experience ever!
From the online form to the phone call with the representative to the tow truck driver and eventual pickup, the whole process was absolutely seamless.
My car was at a dealership and they wanted it picked up within 48 hours if possible and veterancardonations.org had it picked up by 9:30 the next morning! Everyone was so helpful and grateful. I could not asked for a better experience. Special shout out to Bryan, the tow truck operator.
He was simply amazing.

After some issues with the car hauler…
After some issues with the car hauler companies I experienced very helpful staff at the veterans company and getting it resolved I always use veterans for my older cars and I had teenagers so I had a lot of older cars for a while!
