I had a positive experience with Vertex. Communication with Jawad was effective and professional throughout the process. He was responsive and answered all my questions promptly. The only suggestion I would make is to improve payment timelines, as the payment took longer than the promised 45 days. Overall, I was satisfied with the experience.

I had a really positive experience working with the team. Communication throughout the process was excellent, and I always felt there was someone available to respond to any questions or queries. They were professional, approachable and kept me informed throughout, which made the overall experience very straightforward.

As the company continues to grow, there are a few areas I would recommend improving. Firstly, I would encourage reviewing the 30-day payment terms for participants who are providing their professional knowledge and expertise. A shorter payment period would make the experience even better and would demonstrate strong appreciation for contributors’ time and expertise.

I would also recommend being clearer about the payment currency and any associated fees during the initial screening stage. As a UK-based participant, payment should ideally be agreed in GBP rather than USD, particularly where the participant does not hold a US bank account. In addition, the 5% payment processing fee should be clearly communicated upfront, as this can impact the final amount received.

These are relatively straightforward areas that could be improved through clearer communication at the beginning of the process. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would be happy to work with the team again. I hope they continue to grow and create more opportunities for professionals to share their expertise.

I enjoyed every bit of the survey ,it was very interactive and exposing.it was indeed worth it and I will recommend that vertex team put in effort as regards payment because the waiting time is quite long and can be shorter.
