I love the ease of making appointments and getting certified quick and easy. I do not like the fact when I make an appointment sometimes the doctor doesn’t show up and I have to make a different appointment.

I had a good experience getting a new card, however the only reason I had to get a new card is because the doctor that I saw through this site apparently gave me a card and wasn't licensed to. This caused me not to be able to get the meds I take for my epilepsy. So good experience fixing a mistake they created.

Doctor is always pleasant and very professional. Always a great experience.

Had some one email saying to either call them or email them for a link for a 50$ discount I emailed multiple time asking them to send the link and they never did

The experience that I've had with Veriheal over the last 5 years has been wonderful. If I ever had any questions, they were very helpful in answering and guided me through the process very kindly and made it easy and quick.

Every year I renew my certification i always have trouble getting the email from the cannabis authority, I waited 48 hours no email called you all back i was told to keep watching my email, 72 hours later still no email. Called back finally someone actually made it happen, it only took almost two weeks to get my new certification. Will not use veriheal anymore, I have the same issue every year,

Making the appointment was easy and convenient the video call had a good connection and I had a good conversation with the doctor

Doctor was punctual for the appointment, caring, listened to my needs, asked about my progress, suggested new ideas as to not get immuned to what I was using, expedient to complete renewal. Highly recommend her. She is an asset to the organization!
