I have decided to buy myself a Venezianico Arsenale 37 for my birthday and I am so happy that I decided to do that.
The watch is simply amazing. The dial is beautifully made and the richness of the purple colour is beyond my expectations.
The bracelet is also great and the watch leaves an impression on every person that has seen me wearing it.
I must mention that I am very satisfied with the box, the presentation and all the communication with the brand. Thank you again, I am so happy to wear a bit od Venetian art on my wrist!

I purchased a Nereide ultraleggero black skeleton a few months ago, and it was delivered in record time (I live in Hong Kong), quite impressive. But even though I was extremely happy with my new watch, I couldn’t fit the bracelet exactly the way I wanted, and because this specific Canova bracelet has a butterfly clasp, it does not have any small adjustments. So I contacted them recently trying to purchase a black half link, and they sent me one totally free of charge, once again in record time, and now my bracelet fits perfectly. I could not be happier with Venezianico, great watch, great after sales support.

I bought my second Venezianico watch and I really loved and enjoyed the elegancy of those watches. This kind of beauty and accuracy you can find mostly on higher priced watches but this micro brand offers very high quality, elegant and accuracy in an affordable prices.

I own two Venezianico watches, and after my experience with both the watches and the company, I can confidently say that Venezianico has become my favourite independent watch brand.

What I appreciate most is the design. Their watches have a distinctive identity and don't feel like another variation of something we've already seen countless times. The build quality and finishing have also been excellent on both watches I own, especially considering the price point.

My latest purchase was the Nereide Ultraleggero, and it looks even better in person than in the photos. It's a genuinely interesting and original watch.

The customer service has been excellent as well. Communication has always been friendly, personal and helpful, and my interactions with the Alessandro have made both the purchasing experience and the brand itself feel much more personal.

It was my first order from venzianico. They replied super quick to my email, and soon after that they contacted me via WhatsApp. Super nice, friendly guys, we talked a little about sizes for the specific piece. I ordered an "Arsenale", but whatsoever I ordered not the right one for me. That was no problem they prefilled the new order in advance for me and I could order the right one. But the previous watch was at that time on its way to me. Delivery was express in one day. Also fantastic. I talked with the guys about sending back, they organized the pickup on the next weekday for me. I had to do nothing. All worked flawless. On the day they received the previous watch they send me the right one. Also delivery in one day. I have to say I never had a better buying experience than that. Big thank you to the company. 5 stars! And of course the watch is amazing!

WOW!! Absolutely stunning watch!! I have purchased the Nereide Bronzo 39 and it looks amazing and fits perfectly on my wrists, delivery only took 2 days to reach the UK and the customer service was excellent, they helped me purchase my watch through WhatsApp, I will definitely be buying more watches from them some time in the near future.

I was fortunate enough to be able to order one of the Arsenale Calendario watches. Due to the enormous popularity of this watch — and rightly so, because it is absolutely fantastic — I had to wait a few months. But in August 2026, the moment finally arrived: I received my watch.

It was perfectly presented and every bit as beautiful as I had imagined. Wow… what an amazing feeling this watch gives you. Venezianico is truly doing some unique things in the world of watchmaking.

However, I noticed that one of the hour markers was just slightly misaligned. Of course, this is a 100% handcrafted product, so small imperfections can happen. But being a perfectionist when it comes to my watches, it bothered me.

And this is exactly where companies have the opportunity to distinguish themselves. Venezianico took that opportunity — and handled it brilliantly.

In fact, you almost wish every company would make a small mistake right at the beginning. It shouldn’t happen, of course, but anyone who runs a business knows that things can occasionally go wrong. What really matters is what you do afterwards. It is in those moments that you can truly prove to a customer how good your company really is.

And Venezianico absolutely seized that opportunity.

A few quick emails with Italy were all it took. I was able to send the watch back to Venezianico completely free of charge, where their Atelier immediately took care of the small issue. They kept me perfectly informed throughout the entire process.

And a few weeks later, my Calendario arrived back at my home, perfectly repaired and even in a brand-new original box.

Literally perfect after-sales service.

Venezianico, you already had a fan. But now you have a super fan.
