It’s hard nowadays to find a brand that is so engaged but also caring about their products and people. Velites is definitely one of them! I had an issue with a product and whereas with other brands this would usually be a long conversation, where mostly nothing would come out if it - Velites immediately reacted and turned this situation into something positive. So, given the amazing quality this brand already has, I totally understand that nothing can be perfect and a defect can happen - generally I can recommend this brand to anyone doing CrossFit, it’s a safe bet and the people there care about their customers

So bad
So bad - I wanted to cancel my order straight after placing it as the discount code I used was removed and the full amount was taken. Chat said no issues but they proceeded with the order anyway and sent it. I complained, haven’t heard anything back and they are trying to charge me a further £4.50 cancellation fee on top of loosing the £8 delivery fee they charge. Why on earth can’t you actually speak to a human these days! How long does it take someone to come back to you

I’m frustrated with my quality of purchase after wearing the leggings I bought for one CrossFit class. They already ripped a little bit and it was just a simple Dead lift workout so I’m very frustrated with the quality.

Ordered Hybrid 1.0 trainning shoes
Ordered Hybrid 1.0 trainning shoes, good for couple of days then it started to bend/crease and hurting my top of foot, rubbing the skin off.
For an expensive trainer, I didn't expect this. The company decided since the shoes is worn, they wont refund or return the goods back to me.
Very disappointed. I have lost the money I purchased the trainer now.

I bought their all terrain grips on…
I bought their all terrain grips on July 26th, 2026. After 6 uses within 2 weeks the Velcro came apart and are no longer safe to use. When contacted their customer service, they said they could refund or send new pair because they didn’t have a specific number, even though they have my credit card and showed proof of purchase. After saying I can provide my information, they ghosted me. They will not respond to any messages. So now I have shit gloves. Not worth $70- very disappointing. I put up pictures around the gym to remind people to not buy these poorly made gloves.

The best Hybrid shoes!!
I’ve been putting the Velites Hybrid 1.0 shoes to the test, and I’m seriously impressed.
What I love most is how versatile they feel. They give me the stability I want for lifting, but they’re still comfortable and responsive when the workout involves running, jumping, or fast transitions. As someone who trains CrossFit and hybrid-style workouts, I need a shoe that can handle a little bit of everything without feeling like I’m compromising somewhere — and these really deliver.
They feel secure on my feet, the grip is great, and I love how connected to the ground I feel during lifts and functional movements. At the same time, they don’t feel heavy or restrictive when it’s time to move fast.
I’ve trained in a lot of different shoes over the years, and the Hybrid 1.0 has genuinely surprised me. Definitely a shoe I’m excited to keep training and competing in. 🔥
