I run a Romanian SaaS company (opensolr.com) with a UK VAT registration as a non-established business, and VAT Digital has been handling our quarterly HMRC returns for years.

What I value most is that I never have to think about it. Every quarter the return is prepared and submitted on time, deadlines are tracked for me, and whenever HMRC-related questions come up I get clear, straight answers instead of accountant jargon. Adam is responsive and knows the NETP / Making Tax Digital side of things inside out, which is exactly what you need when your business is outside the UK and you can't just walk into a local office.

For any overseas company that needs a UK VAT agent they can trust to just get it done quarter after quarter, I can recommend them without hesitation.
